A very concise and meticulous very detail report with explanation, description and photos and the questionable items are prioritized from code related to aesthetic. A True Professional!!! Lewis explained every single issue that he observed during the inspection. He worked diligently from beginning to end and never even took a break. What he discovered was insightful and very helpful to a first time home owner. Well worth the price. I'm going to retain his services to do a re-inspection before closing to make sure the builder made the recommended repairs. So happy I chose this company!!!!

Lewis is awesome. My request was handled with 2 days! He provided me with a very detailed report both verbally at the end of the inspections and a written report the next morning by 8am! Did I mention he did my inspection on a Sunday!! Not just ANY Sunday but A Dallas Cowboy football Sunday!!! He took his time and was extremely concientous with his work!! Will definitely use him again and I highly recommend to others. My builder did 99% of his recommended "fixes"!!
