This wonderful company was referred to me by Snelten. After having our pump replaced in our well we were dealing with sediment in our pipes which affected the flushing of our toilets. I contacted Allegiance and spoke with Krissy. She immediately contacted Rick who came out that evening. He was friendly and informative about the issue. He, came back the next day, due to the enormity of the prior job in order to get our pipes to the toilet running clear. What a great guy and terrific company. Definitely a keeper! Thank you, Rick. Andrew Scienski is more than a good plumber; he is a smart and wise plumber. I called him for a plugged drain from kitchen sink to outside drain/grease trap in our 60+ year old house in a northern suburb about 2 weeks ago. I was worried it was going to take a lot of time and effort to unplug the drain because I thought the only access was thru an old rusted plug to the 2 in. drain line from the sink. My past experience working at oil refinery with pipe and connections of all types had me worried. Andrew arrived and quickly evaluated the situation and first tried to clear the line with an auger from the outside. That helped but didn't completely clear it. He then came inside and used a smaller portable electric auger to try and get the rest of it. He had to open the P-trap under the sink and was able to clear plug completely from the sink. He did all this in less than an hour. The P-trap was reconnected and the sink drained better than ever. He knows his tools and when to use them and does not take the difficult and time consuming method to fix plumbing problems. He's the smart plumber you want! By the way, avoid using stainless steel (ss) pot scouring pads and pouring any type of oil or grease down the drains, the ss leaves small bits or ss in pipe which don't dissolve and mix with grease in cold and harden into lumps!

Very professional and very customer-friendly way of doing business (not so common in this industry). We were super happy with the result and highly recommend this team. They had very few reviews on this site, so I was worried a bit, but Joe made us the best offer without even visiting the property and they were ready to come next morning and fix it the same day. Surprisingly, they have completed the sewer mainline replacement job in just four hours! For the context: other contractors with 100 stars estimated several business days of work with no septic service available for us — no toilets, no showers.

They did a great job, they were in and out very clean, very polite, and I was very happy.
