Great company ! Easy to work with and very responsive. They built my super pool and were there for me 20 years later when I needed them again!

We used Allegro for the 2024 pool season as new customers and have been very pleased. They installed a Pentair control panel that we love. Makes managing the pool easier. They return a second time after opening to clean the pool which helped a lot. And they were great about draining water to the area we needed it to go during closing. Taylor at Allegro in particular has been very helpful and responsive to emails and calls.

Shaun and the team were a pleasure to work with while we designed and installed our new hot tub and patio. Honest, on time and on budget!

We had a pool built 9 years ago and it was time for some maintenance more than just the average cleanup, salt, chemical, open and close. Some of the waterline tiles had come loose, some of the coping was not attached as well as it should be and several pieces of travertine were starting to crack on the actual pool deck. I started contacting pool companies and the ones who would actually call me back basically wanted to tear everything out and start over. We did not need all of that. I found Shaun from Allegro Pools who came out very quickly. I explained my concerns and he worked with me to do the needed repairs without doing unnecessary work. In a short time span of only a week, he and his team, drained the pool, replaced all of the waterline tiles, cleaned all of the stains in the gunite, removed all of the coping and attached it securely, replaced about 30 travertine tiles in random places across the pool deck, regrouted the entire deck, filled it back up and balanced the chemicals so it was ready to go again. The communication with Allegro is unmatched in today's service industry. I got calls before during and after the project explaining how it would work, what would happen today and then followup making sure I was satisfied. It looks like it did when it was brand new. I highly recommend Allegro for any type of pool maintenance, construction and repairs.

it cost quite a bit to fix a small problem, but I understand there is time/labor and transport associated - i don't blame them, i blame myself.

I actually had this done two years ago. Dave at Allegro was very customer-focused. His work crews were on time, got the job done as quickly as could be expected, and left the area very clean when finished. Two years later and the pool still looks like new -- as it should, I guess. My recommendation: If you are doing a plaster pool remodel, get the Diamond Brite surfacing (quartz crystals infused in the plaster). It looks better, and the plaster will last longer because it is reinforced by the quartz aggregate as opposed to just plain plaster). It's an extra $3,000 upgrade for my size pool, but I think it will be well worth it.

Working with Allegro Pools has been awesome. I had my entire pool restored and it looks amazing. Their staff was always on time as promised and worked professionally and efficiently. Communication was outstanding and the expectations set, were all met in a timely manner as promised. Cost was fair, reasonable and could not be beat. This is complex. A previous company wasted my money trying to fix our hot tub heater....without success. Allegro arrived on time, very professional, consulted the heater manufacturer and replaced the thermostat (again).......without success, charges were fair, and I believe that they'll eventually fix the problem. So, my rating really reflects the results, for which I do NOT blame Allegro. I hope and believe they will eventually fix this frustrating problem. Otherwise my interactions with them have been quite positive. Allegro came back, cleaned the filter, turned on the tub and measured 98 degrees F......but several hours later it was only 80 degrees F, so frustration continues. But, they DIDN'T CHARGE US for this visit. So we're quite happy so far with the relationship, and hope that they'll eventually figure out and fix the problem. At this juncture we can certainly recommend Allegro.

Owner came by at short notice when I was having difficulty starting back up my pool after the re-plastering and stayed until the issue was fixed even though Allegro was not familiar with my pool equipment.
