Scott was very thorough, knowledgeable, and very personable.

I received quick response and service from Allen Anderson, Inc. Scott arrived at my house within 30 minutes. The prices were reasonable, and he had all of the parts he needed to get my garage door repaired within 20 minutes. (He replaced 2 springs, and 10 rollers). Good as new!

Great response time with the call back, follow up,and estimate. Great quality work on the installation of the garage door and opener. It is unusual to find such good service and good work these days.

Scott was very intelligent, hands on, and a good communicator. He quickly identified and figured out how to solve the problems preventing a garage-door opener from being installed at our house (it was not an easy problem to solve -- some of the contractors that service magic pointed me to could not figure it out without help). His prices were a bit higher than the rest, but it was worth it for my non-standard situation.

They were able to come in same day, which was huge for us since it was the dead of winter. Originally, we had to replace the sensor & tracks. Later, we called them back to replace our operator since it shorted out. We were pleased with both jobs.

Great experience overall. We needed to replace our cheap fiberglass garage door when it began to buckle when trying to use the garage door opener. The salesman arrived early for the price quote and brought samples of the different door options inside the house for me to inspect while I made my choice. Their prices were comparable to the other companies so I ultimately chose them because of a free upgrade special that was running at the time. The technician who installed the new door explained their 24-hour service policy in case of any problems (which I still have not needed to use as of 3 months after the door replacement).
