The project was for chimney cleaning, they did a great job, very clean and inspected the entire chimney flue with a camera and showed me all the areas and any concerns. On time, no upsell for chimney liners or other products. Knowledgeable and efficient, would highly recommend.

I had work done to repair the flue in my fireplace and then a few months later had the liner replaced. Theron Allen was friendly and honest about the work, what was required and at a fair price and also what I could do myself to save a few bucks. Good quality work and weâ re so happy to be using our fireplace again! In December of 2020 I asked Theron for copies of the work done two years prior that Iâ d miss placed, as I prepare to sell my home. He responded almost immediately with what Iâ d asked for which incredibly accommodating. I recommend this family business for your fireplace needs!

We had a chimney that was totally blocked with brick debris, causing the heat to cut off in the house. Allen Chimney got us up and running temporarily and made room in the schedule to return and sleeve the chimney the next day! They are professional with excellent communication both from the field and office! Thanks!

Allen Chimney came over very quickly; disconnected the flue to the chimney and diagnosed the problem (attic fan caused a problem with the draft); another company said I need a chimney liner and did not disconnect the flue; I now have a chimney guy!

The Company came out and performed an inspection, a few days later I received an e-mail with the needed work and an estimate. I didn't do all of the suggested work, there was no hard sell. The men who did the repairs were very polite, clean and quiet. They cleaned up all of the debris and my chimneys are beautiful. Very nice work.

We hired Allen Chimney to rebuild an outside chimney that was poorly constructed by the original homebuilder. Theron and his entire team were terrific from the very first call right through the completion of the work. They are very professional, extremely hard-working, reliable, and care about their work as well as their customers. This company is great to deal with. Theron took the time to offer different ideas about ways I could accomplish what I wanted within my budget. Just as importantly, they do what they say on time. In between the time I signed the contract and the start of the work they kept me up to date on the status of items that needed to be ordered and reconfirmed the schedule. They are professional and neat. I would definitely use them again.

Theron was great to deal with. He showed up on time, did exactly what was promised, and did a great job relining my chimney. His crew was polite, professional and very conscientious in everything they did. They went out of their way to make sure the job was expertly done and ensure we were happy with it. I would highly recommend Allen Chimney for any service their company provides. I will certainly be using them again to service and maintain my chimney.
