10/10 experience. installed a load-bearing beam and currently demoing our bathroom for to start our bathroom remodeling, and the results were amazing. Very professional, reliable, and detail-oriented. Everything was completed on time and the quality of work was excellent. Highly recommend! He also walked me thru and design my kitchen lay out

I've had Owen do multiple projects around our home, from ceiling fans, shelving. Cabinets and many more. So when we moved into a house that needed a lot of work we called Owen. He installed a hanging very large kitchen hood, and made sure it was secured not only with the manufacturer recommendation but above and beyond. He also installed our very large heavy Iron Front Door. I highly recommend Owen you won't be disappointed.

Owen and his crew are knowledgeable, kind & courteous. They began the remodeling & finished when they said they would. They were truly a pleasure to have around. Would most definitely call them with any future projects & recommend them to friends. Quite pleased!

Owen and Tommy were great. They did great work at an honest price and i would'nt hesitate to use them again. I really trust there advice and valued there input. My remodel took 3 months and at every step they gave an honest opinion and did'nt try to gouge me on prices. Actually they tried to save me money, and get me the best value for what I wanted.

I worked with Owen on a few projects at a duplex I own. He tiled a bath and kitchen and installed baseboard. He did a beautiful job. He also ended up being able to cut down a 20' palm tree and remove the stump at a very reasonable price. He saved me almost $1000 from what a tree service company estimated it would cost to remove a haul away. Owen also did some heavy pruning and did a nice job on that and a awsome clean up. I plan on hiring him again for some other jobs I have pending.

This man is very personable and friendly. My neighbor and I had a good neighbor fence installed. He did a very good job we were both very pleased and would definately use him again.

He has a rating og .50 only because the site wouldn't let me do zero. He made a complete mess of everything he touched. He was supposed to fix a sagging floor. It now has a bump in it. My walls are cracked from the floor being raised too high; all the molding is split around doors. When he replaced the front door he attacked the walls with a claw hammer and made the door space too big and left the finishing job a mess. The front security door is so loose and sloppy that I can use a pry bar to open it. He split the door jamb with a claw hammer, again not using a saw to cut, shims are showing and the threshhold is high and I trip over it.

KOB was quick to respond to my inquiry. We set up an evaluation appointment and a following work day schedule on the phone. KOB was able to complete the job when they came for the evaluation.

Owen and Brian were timely, professional, and very nice guys. They provided quality work, took the time to educate me on some items, and fixed a couple of quicky items not in the original work order. I will definitely contact them again when needed.

Bryan, called within an hour of filling out an on line request and was at my house within two hours to look over the project and get me a quote. The quoate came back the next day and was very reasonable. Hired them for the job and it was completed in a very timely manner. I recomended them to my neighbor who also has a fence repair jonb that needs to get done.

The professional was on time, completed the work within time frames and cleaned the area prior to leaving. I would highly recommend this company to prospective clients.

Owen has been great, started out needing just some minor repairs, ended up using him for more of the project. Honest, on time, calls when he says he would, work goes above and beyond what is expected. He goes above and beyond the quality and competion of the work necessary to make sure it is done right.

Ladies & Gents, get your "honey-do" list together & call Owen to tackle it & make all things better. I hired him for several small jobs around the house. Owen is professional, knowledgeable, responsible & reasonable. He works by the hour (rather than by job) so get that list together & watch him go. Even after I paid him, he found a thing or two that needed fixing, so he got his tools out again & corrected the problems. He's a gem!

He was very quick to respond to the request for an estimate and equally fast to perform the work. He was very anxious to do whatever needed to be done. He took the time to explain how he was going to complete the project and he was happy to show you things you could do for yourself.

I have 5 rentals and he's done lots of different work on them. Added 1000 sq foot to my own house as well. Been happy with everything thats he's done.
