I hired this contractor for a master bathroom remodel with a contract value exceeding $50,000 and paid a $12,000 deposit. Within the first two days of work, it became clear that the quality, planning, and site safety did not meet professional standards. Issues included inadequate floor and HVAC protection during demolition, failure to seal plumbing, improper handling of a mold issue, lack of basic site coordination (including no dumpster on demo day), and cabinetry ordered incorrectly and modified to fit. Communication was poor, and at one point a worker was left alone on site and asked my husband for instructions on how to complete the work. I terminated the contract early due to these concerns and requested a fair partial refund. I sent a detailed letter with photographic documentation via certified mail, which was signed for. "This customer chose to terminate the project early and did so unilaterally, before the work outlined in the contract could be completed and without allowing the contractual process for resolution. As a result, the termination constituted a breach of the signed agreement. Many of the concerns raised relate to work that was in progress and not yet complete at the time the project was stopped. While no refund was contractually required, we nevertheless offered a good-faith settlement, which the customer declined. Since that time, additional claims have been raised that were not part of the original dispute, despite our having provided a thoughtful and documented response when the issue first arose. We respect a homeowner's right to share their opinion. At the same time, we stand by our work, our contracts, and our record. We encourage prospective clients to review our full portfolio and feedback from our many satisfied customers when making their decision."

I previously 2 other contractors look @ my kitchen and they both said the job could not be done as I requested due to a doorway that had metal frame and would be difficult to remove. This was accomplished as I specified and one would never know a doorway was there. I love my new kitchen

Bruce did an outstanding job on our Kitchen remodel. He did a lot of the work himself, was easy to talk to and had great ideas based on his vast experience. His subs were respectful, on time and cleaned up after themselves. It took quite a while to complete but the result was outstanding. We are thrilled with the final outcome and would instantly recommend Bruce to anyone considering any home remodel projects. I should mention that Bruce is very honest, trustworthy and sincere in his approach to his work. Highly recommended!!

Project got bigger as we went on, so not done yet. But sure well love it. Had the popcorn ceiling taken down and then decided to paint the whole living room/dining room/ and kitchen. Hope to be done in a couple of weeks.

I was impressed with Bruce Ingwall and the different teams that totally replaced my kitchen. The project was well co-ordinated so that each team could accomplish their tasks in a timely manner. They really worked and never took breaks or wasted time. All of them were easy to work with and brought different areas of expertise to the job. The total remodel of a 1961 kitchen was well worth the effort! Now I have a kitchen that is highly functional and blends well with the rest of my house. I've had compliments on the cranberry cabinets and backsplash tile work. Laying a new hardwood floor in the area also brought the area up-to-date.

Very Professional. Bruce was able to design everything that we wanted in our kitchen. He worked with his team of professionals every day, He was there to make sure everything was carried out in the proper manner. Bruce gave us a schedule before the job was started, and on time according to the schedule, and the job was completed on time. He was very patient with us, answered all of our questions, and took care of all additional details that came up. There were no problems. We love our kitchen.
