Allen Garage Door and Opener

Went through Allen but subcontracted out to another companyy. Both were great to work with.

I was very pleased with the service. I needed some extra service that they recommended and the price was very good. I must say a lady did the work and very well. I can't remember her name. She told me how much it would be to get my door it top working order and did all she said she would do. I also needed them to come the next morning and they came on time. I appreciated that they came so quickly and would use them again.

Good experience - very prompt and reasonably priced

Shane was very helpful. We had a common problem with the computer board in the opener unit and he gave me the number to call to have it shipped directly to me for free. Then when the part arrived I called and he was out the same day and finished the replacement in under an hour. They are genuinely helpful, prompt, and have reasonable rates. I will use them for sure when this opener closes for the last time.

I had them replace the springs on my garage door and they did a fantastic job. The technician was on time, courteous and very knowledgeable. After the work was done I heard a popping noise when the garage door would go up. I called and they came out on the July 4th holiday and took care of the problem. That's what I call follow up service. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing garage door repairs.

Made an appt to come over on Sat between 11 and 1 however he called at 1030 and said he might be light. He showed up at 1:00 Shane gave an estimate of $150 over the phone and the same when he looked at the job. He came back on the following Monday to do the job took him less than 30 minutes to replaces a panel and adjust the frame and garage door opener. Bill was $150 just as he stated. Shane is prompt, courteous, efficient and prices are great.
