Garnet is a very capable guy with with the creative ability to overcome obstacles when they are presented. His work was top quality and done quicker than I expected. Five stars all the way. Garnet Allen is efficient and prompt. He placed a doggie door through my stucco wall without issue. He assisted with whatever was needed. He even researched the best product to use and helped with ordering instructions through the least expensive place. He arrived on time and discussed job. His phone estimate was exactly the SAME as final price. All work was done to the finest degree in a quick turn around time and before the holiday week. The opening was PERFECTLY centered and level with framing and adjacent structures. I will hire him again to do more jobs at my new home.

Garnet took on fixing our cabinets which ended up being pretty difficult, but he went the distance & made sure all was good. Very professional & excellent service! We would recommend him anytime.

Mr. Allen was very punctual and courteous. He seemed very knowledgeable in many different areas of home repairs. Electrical, plumbing, carpentry. He returned and finished a job that was difficult. I would hire him again and recommend him to others.

So Allen responds to my request from Home Advisor to do some work. We set up a time and he comes to my home to take a look at the project, I received a quote from him and we negotiated a price to complete the project. We agreed on $1,100.00 for my project and set up a date and time to begin. I call and text Allen to confirm the time and date for starting project which was for today May 25, 2019. Allen text me back and says he does not want to do the project for our negotiated price. Allen demands an additional $600.00. When I refused to give him more money he apologizes for inconveniences about a misunderstanding. There were not any misunderstandings when we agreed on a price and he backs out at the last minute to do the project unless I give him more money. Additionally just FYI this guy is unlicensed and now I wonder why he cannot give a license, because he keeps screwing people over. More importantly I would not recommend this guy to even look at any project you want nonetheless to actually hire him. If I would rate this guy a negative stars I would definitely do so. Hire someone more professional do not waste your time or money with this clown
