Great crew and Troy is awesome!

Highly recommend this company. I hired Allen and sons for two bathroom redos and 12 window installations. They listened to what I wanted while giving me advise. Prompt on arrival. Allen and sons understood my allergy concern and paid special attention to dust and dirt control. Friendly hard workers. With no wasted time. I am definitely hiring them back for summer projects!!

Allen & Sons were awesome, the entire team. The front steps of our house needed repairs. They came to our house, looked at the steps, made several suggestions. They provided a estimate, my wife and I hired them. when finished, project was perfect, They did extra, making the steps the focus point to our house. We have already told our friends to call Allen & Sons for their projects. We'll be hiring them again next spring for the deck in the backyard. Allen & Sons, thank you again for the outstanding job.

Troy and his team were hired to replace a set of stairs on my deck that were too steep and falling into disrepair. When we obtained a quote from him he came over and advised that the desk was also missing a support beam. Troy and his team went above and beyond to not only put a new staircase on and reinforce the deck, but also looked for ways to improve the aesthetics of the existing deck that wasn't changing. The work that they did was done very professionally and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to our family and friends.

Allen & Sons were phenomenal. Met with us directly several times to walk us through the process. Service was completed in a timely manner (the day after the necessary parts arrived!). Went above and beyond the original project. Work was of the highest quality and price was very reasonable. Will be hiring them again and recommending Troy to anyone in need of a general contractor.

Allen & Sons were great contractors. The work they did was awesome and they went above and beyond what I originally hired them for. They were polite, and they were great at there job. Also they were here when they said they would be and if something came up and they couldn't make it that day I would get a call. I would recommend Allen & Sons to any one.

Allen & Sons was one of three options we had to fix our roof, which was leaking into one of our bedroom ceilings. Troy showed up promptly and assessed our situation as well as other parts of the roof we hadn't realized needed work. He never asked to come inside to see the damage of the interior. I understand we hired him during a time when rain was often and snow was impeding, so I appreciate the roof installation getting done as fast as it was. I had high hopes to hire him for so many more projects- but I'm hesitant to do so. His communication was hurried and lacking. We received a picture text for options and it would've been nice to see a sample in person. My down payment receipt was scribbled on the bank slip for taking the money out to pay him, and I haven't received a proper receipt for the check I wrote for the remainder, either. We have paid in full, but the roof remains unfinished, as they had to go back to get more trim. This is after he measured twice. I read that customers talked about their clean up and wondered, because we had a trailer in our driveway for days, and I couldn't park in my garage because of it. I wouldn't have minded, if I had been told what was going on. Lack of communication is my issue here. For the money, sure- great deal. For the service? Not as much as I had hoped for, but you pay for what you get, I guess. Kinda bummed.

They called me the same day and were at my house about an hour later. They did a good quality repair for a reasonable price and I would definitely work with them again.

They were so easy to work with, polite, flexible, willing to do whatever was needed, added extra pieces to make the kitchen look more professional and updated. Allen & Sons did a fantastic job for us! They gutted our entire bathroom and rebuilt it all the way through. They were courteous, professional, knowledgeable, flexible and they cleaned up before they left every evening. We had various decision points along the way and Troy was always very patient with us as we worked through what we wanted. They even built a lovey linen closet right in my bathroom and it looks great!! I highly recommend Allen & Sons for your next project. This was the second time we have used Allen & Sons for a project. The first was a bathroom remodel. This time we wanted our kitchen cabinets repainted and flooring installed in our kitchen and mudroom. They did an excellent job in both areas. The cabinets couldn't look any better if we purchased new! I am so thrilled with my "new" kitchen. Allen & Sons are always so willing to work with the customer. I needed to have my bathroom renovated. Allen & Sons completely remodeled my bathroom and worked with me all the way incorporating several modifications as the project moved along. They were fantastic to work with, very conscientious, courteous and always working to make sure I was satisfied. I am very pleased with our new bathroom, will hire them again and will definitely recommend.

Allen & Sons renovated my kitchen, remodeled my TV room, did outside maintenance on my garage and built a privacy fence. The kitchen was a complete redo of everything and they made and installed new cabinets. They were very courteous and easy to work with. They listened to my ideas and incorporated as many as possible. They were able to work with an old village house and solve unexpected problems that inevitably crop up when working with an older house so the project could be finished. I will hire them again and am very pleased with their work.

I needed a house completely overhauled. Floors, walls, bathrooms, kitchen, basement, and doors were all a wreck. Allen and Sons took care of everything and did a great job. They gutted three bathrooms. In the master, they put in a sky light and did a wonderful job with the marble on the floor and in the shower. To fix an odd entryway, he jackhammered out old stairs and replaced them with beautiful wood stairs he built himself. This was well beyond expectation. They replaced all the old floors in the house of tile, carpet, and hardwood with matching hardwood throughout. Looks beautiful. The project took about 10 weeks and they were a pleasure to work with. Troy cares about the quality of the job and wants everything perfect. For example, he sanded and stained the floors multiple times until the match was right. I have received compliments from every person who has seen the work. I can't wait to get Troy and his crew back for the remaining projects. These guys are good.

Allen and Sons built an enclosed 3 season porch connected to my manufactured home, including foundations, framing, electrical installation, flooring, siding installation, window installation, drywall installation and roofing and insulation. They worked hard to follow all local building codes and were open to discussing mobility and safety concerns I had. They kept the job site neat and safe and were meticulous in their finishing details. The project was completed on time and on budget despite some unforeseen delays regarding architectural plan changes required by the building inspectors. I am completely pleased with the results, have gotten wonderful comments from the neighbors and passers by on how wonderful the addition looks on my home. They did spend a few late nights working so one step would be done so the next step could start the next day. This involved allowing spackling and plasterwork drying, which is a bit slower in cold weather.

I had Allen and Sons replace an existing Tub with a much lower step in shower of wider proportions. The old tub rim was 16 inches above floor level and an old knee injury made it difficult to get in and out. They also fixed some plumbing and electrical wiring issues that came to light as they worked on the shower install. The job was completed in 3 days including marble tile installation and came in at an affordable cost below that of an estimate from a Home Improvement store installing a plastic and fiberglass shower enclosure. These folks take pride in their work and rightfully so, the finished shower is beautiful and functional.

Allen and sons were true professionals.they did quality work.My husband and I were very happy with the work and the price and we would not hesitate to hire for any future construction needs.

Did a great job installing a partial fence, new screening on porch, power-washing entire outside fence and pool fence. Repaired pool deck and some of the pool fencing. Only problem was original fence material. He secured was sub-par and I wouldn't accept it and insisted on fence material matching the existing fence. He did return the poorer material and obtained and installed proper fencing. He and the rest of the workers were easy to work with. Work was done timely.

Troy Allen and Son are the best! We had a real mess. Unbeknownst to us we had 3 separate leaks in our kitchen. My husband fixed 1, but the other 2 went on ruining the floor and joists below it. The floor felt like we were walking over sponges. I was afraid of ending up in the basement. Troy and TJ (one of his sons) were very quick to come give an estimate. Their estimate was much less then we had feared. I had an idea about tearing out a wall and changing the whole layout, and they were receptive to it. It was a stroke of genius. It actually improved our living room, dining room, and computer room (the three rooms that surround the kitchen.) They were ready to do the job almost before we had everything cleared out. They had the demolition done in less than 2 days. I am pretty fussy about what I like and they were willing to change things to better fit my style even when it cost them more work. (nothing was actually wrong with it, just not my style for my kitchen.) The cabinets are beautiful! The whole kitchen is beautiful! I love my new kitchen. I posted photos online and everyone loved it. The value for the buck can’t be beat. They took a total of 2 weeks and 3 days to gut the kitchen, and put in a new beautiful kitchen! The only problem with the kitchen is now it makes the rest of the house look shabby. Hire Troy and son and you will not be sorry.

Have no knowledge of their work and broke stuff and ask additional money for fixing, unprofessional and keeps adding money on top of ur contract
