Alan kept me informed of what was needed to fix my laptop, and how long it would take the parts to come in. He let me know when parts were installed, and asked if I wanted upgrades before he installed then. His customer service is excellent, he was willing to travel to meet me to both pick up and deliver my laptop. I would definitely hire him again if I needed more work on a computer.

I was really surprised! He was able to do what I needed quicker than I thought he could do it. He was a really good worker, very contentious, and does a good job!
