The new exterior door and frame they installed now needs to be totally removed, squared back up and rehung. One of his tricks was to cut up cardboard and put it in back of the latch so it would temporarily catch. They also made no attempt to keep the dirt off the carpet and we had to have it cleaned to remove what they had ground in. We accepted his bid that was twice as high as the others received based on his feedback. We did not get anywhere close to our moneys worth!

I was very impressed. The repairman came early and did an excellent job, saving me money in the process.

He put in a brand new door frame and 2 brand new doors, but he put them in crooked. They are mounted at an angle and will not open or close unless you force it closed. He will not complete the job or return my calls or text messages I have copies of the text messages that show he said he would come back, but he has not..

Tom Allen was very nice. He and his son installed cabinet pulls. Most of the pulls are a tiny bit off.

Tom Allen repaired the the sliding glass door in the home I just purchased, plus installed a screen. He also weather stripped the exterior door leading to the garage. His work was professional at a reasonable price. I had a quote on Tuesday of this week and the work was completed the next day. Very pleased with the results and plan on hiring him again for other projects that need attention.

Tom installed above stove microwave and pet doors. He was friendly, punctual, and did an excellent job at a reasonable price.

Came out and told me what would be involved and picked up the doors I'd ordered (even had them replace one that was damaged!). When old doors were removed, he pointed out weak and rotted areas around door and made sure they were solid before mounting the door and made sure everything was done right when he did install them. Didn't stop or leave till everything was done and I was happy with the work. I plan on hiring him again for other small jobs.

Exceptional work. Tom is a real professional. Best looking work ever I have had done on my home. Well worth the money. He is a nice man, courteous and works hard. Very likable guy.

Great job and cleaned up his messes. The only thing was he didn't haul away the old materials, but that was something we should of asked. We would hire him again!!!

Mr. Allen called me the same night I entenered my information on the web site. He came to my home the next day and we discussed the two projects I needed. I agreed to a very reasonable price. He returned the next day and started work and finished the next day. Work looked great. It is refreshing to have a contractor do what he says when he says he will do it and do it properly.

I have been having trouble with the door from the first day. I purchased the house new. The builder was unable to fix it properly. The house is now 8 years old and I was fed up with the sticking door. So I hired Allen's Handyman Service. He found the problem, fixed it, and the door is working correctly for the first time.
