The staff plumbers know what they are doing and are good with communication about options and how they are going to do their job. We were in a time crunch and they met our schedule. Any add-ons to the quote might be costly - but they are a larger firm with depth of trained personnel so one has to think of that.

Riley was our technician and he explained everything and asked before doing - he was great! I will use them again if needed in future for sure! Mahalo!

The job was expensive. The estimate was $198 and I provided the faucet. The final bill was $300 labor plus my cost for the faucet. However, the service was done quickly which I needed for a tenant.

The guy came in; got right to it, fixed it. Noted further work that should be addressed.

Installed a flush valve in each of two Kohler one-piece toilets. Completed work well and quickly -- and charged $100 less than a bid from another plumber. Nicely done.

Showed up right away, went to work, gave me options, and completed the job quickly. Excellent. Very knowledgeable, and even helped me with questions.

Explained the problem and resolved it in about 1/4 hour. Went further to unscrew most of our stuck to the pipe outdoor hoses and nozzles, and to lube them, so they wouldn't stick in the future. Told me what our solar water heater would need for expert maintenance, so it won't become damaged. That will be the next project we want Allen's to do for us.

We had two employees of Allens plumbing come out and they were both very friendly and informative and fixed our problem.
