"We apologize for the miscommunication Michael. We do not include stump removal unless specifically requested by the client in advance. Most tree companies do not have the equipment to remove stumps as it is not a popular request to get. We would be more than happy to grind the stumps out but it is an additional charge to bring out a different piece of equipment capable of removing stumps. Our apologies that we did not clarify."
