Once you paid the total money, they do not take care of the remaining job. The installation job was carried out smoothly and efficiently. Therefore, I paid the promised amount of money plus gratuity. After the installation of the air conditioner, the filter compartment lid was not installed. It was promised that a lid will be delivered to my home soon, but so far nothing happens and the air conditioner has no filter compartment door/lid cover... I am very disappointed.

Worst business experience in 58 years. I contracted Allgood to install an Air Conditioning system. They took 5 days to complete a 5-hour installation, and did't show up for two of the days, taking multiple off-site breaks on the few days they were there. No permit was secured, it was not installed to code, sloppy workmanship (pictures and videos available upon request) electrical wiring twist-tied together, inferior materials, improper components used, the system wasn't sealed (you could reach right in to the coil from the back, it was wide open) and it could not pass inspection. Some of the packaging wasn't even removed from some components, in fact, they couldn't figure out how to hook up a 4-wire thermostat. I had another company out to quote replacing it, and they literally laughed at the installation, taking pictures of it to share with their associates. I told them beforehand in writing they were not allowed to access my bank account by my credit card … but did it anyway, violating my written order. I told them in writing I wasn't happy and wanted to be contacted, they did not respond. I complained by Certified Letter to the owner. Have yet to get a response. I complained online to the Better Business Bureau, so BBB notified them on my behalf, but they still did not respond. The BBB notified them a second time, they finally called. I insisted on a refund by check, and again told them in writing they were not allowed to access my credit card account, but they did it anyway. They fed me a load of lies about federal laws that don't exist and said they felt entitled to access my bank account anyway because they have already written a "company policy"they feel allows them to do so. So ethics have clearly no part in this company. I finally had their second-rate Carrier system I paid them $7,900 for replaced with a first-rate Trane system by another provider for $5,400. So clearly they're not competitive either, but I was out of town when I had to contract them, and they very definitely took advantage of that. I should have done my homework first and found out what I know now, and what I hope you are learning from my experience. They operate by their own rules folks, and they make up the rules as they see to fit their company and their needs … not yours. Customer service is not any part of this equation so I would caution anyone considering entering in to a LONG-TERM BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP with these folks as with this cancerous of a business acumen, they clearly won't be around long. Their website is already showing signs of being removed. For the record, I never got a check. I'm still waiting for it, now 5 months after the install. I am submitted to the State for an investigation on this to hopefully hasten that process. Poor quality can be fixed,lack of ethics cannot.

Allgood is the worst company ever. They caused several thousand dollars of damage in my home due to not diagnosing the problem correctly. Three days went by and we now have to have our ceiling replaced after another company gets done with the drying process. We're in for several weeks of work. Also, they gave us a price (after all this had occurred) of $3,000 to fix my HVAC (after blaming everyone else for the problem). Why would we EVER use someone who is this dishonest? I now have a company coming out this afternoon and we'll get this done. Money is Allgood's god. Don't trust one thing out of their mouths. Look at all these negative reviews. Everyone can't be wrong. Beware of these people. Update, the company that came to fix my HVAC was able to do this for only $614.00 and not $3.000.00 as Allgood had quoted before.

Project: Install Natural Gas or Propane Furnace / Forced Air Heating System
Due to allergies that have been progressively getting worse my doctor prescribed singulair early this past summer. Unbeknownst to me, a big part of the problem was the air quality in my own home. I happened to need help with my pilot light last week and realized that I was breathing in some nasty stuff due to the condition of my still running circa 1978 heater. Needless to say I made the decision my health was worth the investment of a new HVAC system (and I wanted EVERYTHING replaced). I now have a MERV 11 filter, UV light and new duct work, everything. The unit is up and running and no runny nose or headache. I am soooo glad I made this decision. Their price was VERY competitive, they were very professional, and all in all it was a much better experience than I expected. Thank you Allgood!! If I could I would give you 6 stars.
