I would not recommend this company. Their install of a new Rheem heat pump in my home on 11/12/24 was clean & neat, but the in the very last step of connecting the new thermostat, the technician mistakenly wired it so that the auxiliary heat strip came on every time the heat fired up. It took me awhile to figure this out, but our bills were already impacted substantially. I called to request a repair & it was scheduled quickly, but it was a no-call, no-show, so I had to reschedule. Once the technician arrived, the wiring problem was quickly resolved. I subsequently tried to reach them by phone, text email (multiple times) to talk about restitution for the high power bills, but it seems that post-sale service is nonexistent. This makes me very nervous going forward. One last item. Their initial price for the system was a staggering $16K. They managed to whittle it down to $12K, but I declined because of a quote for $7K for another identical system, so they dropped to $7.5K.

I am extremely disappointed with the service (or lack thereof) provided by Allgood Home Services (Formerly Known As ARS). My family and I have been living without heat for an extended period, despite having a brand-new HVAC system that is only 1.5 years old; purchased July 2023. The condenser broke down, and we have made repeated calls to both the service department and the manager with no response or resolution. In addition, we were quoted almost $1,000 in labor cost for them to fix my brand-new HVAC system from their company. This level of disregard for customer concerns is unacceptable We trusted ARS/Allgood with our home's comfort, and they have failed us completely. I strongly advise ALL others to steer clear of this company if you value timely, effective service, and you family?s lives.

Special air conditioner tuneup appt made May/June continue to cancel my apt til August showed up (not scheduled time) at 7:45 PM only changed filters did not check Freon or anything just sais itâ s running and left. Showed up at door without any tools only pad for billing and left I. Followed him sure he did not chk anyrhing

Barbara, the dispatcher, was friendly and extremely helpful. She encouraged me to look for a coupon on their website which I did and saved $100. They were able to come out the same day I called and repaired 2 toilets in less than 45 minutes. Hunter, the service technician was knowledgeable, efficient and able to explain to me what the issues were. All around great service. I would highly recommend ALLGOOD plumbing!

Great service and communication. Saved over $1000 versus a local competitor not to mention same day service versus having to wait two days with a leaking water heater. Life savers!!!
