Very courteous, honest and cared about the quality of their work. Everett oversaw a technician-in-training (it appeared) and made sure the work was done to his standards and professionally. He was honest and upfront on what I needed and did not need to get the duct work repaired and sealed. One company wanted to charge me over $20K and suggested I replace the entire unit and ALL the duct work. Alliance Air-Conditioning assessed the issue and was clear I did not need a whole new repair job at the time.
