HIGHLY RECOMMENDED: Fully gutted kitchen and master bathroom remodel, plus may updates including basement. I'm so glad we chose Alliance Contracting to update our 90 year old home. John provided exceptional quality and value for our money, and gave us the signature look we'd been dreaming of. Despite many surprises (collapsing ceiling, disintegrating drain pipe, uneven floor, non-plumb walls) Alliance transformed our good old house into an exceptionally functional and beautiful home oasis.

Fair warning: DO NOT hire this contractor. Zero communication 8 months into the job not one thing complete. Workers scarce, not one room in my home is done, this is the most unethical contractor I have ever worked with, lies, lies, lies, DO not give him the opportunity to do the work. It's not giving me the option to give zero stars, if there was an option for -10 stars that is what I would give him.

My husband & I had talked to 4 other contractors and came to the conclusion that finding an excellent general contractor was not going to be easy. Then John Peters from Alliance Contracting solutions came to give us an estimate. My husband and I are not easily impressed but after talking to John we knew this person was truly skilled at his profession and meant what he said that 100% customer satisfaction was their goal. We hired Alliance and it was a wonderful experience. John and every member of his team that worked on our project was friendly, punctual, efficient, highly skilled in their profession and truly dedicated to providing 100% customer satisfaction. As can be imagined when you obtain that many estimates pricing is all over the place. John's bid was very reasonable compared to some of the estimates we received. I have already recommended Alliance to a friend who maybe needing a contractor and will continue to recommend Alliance to anyone needing an excellent contractor.

This is the best company I've ever worked with...understanding, flexible, excellent quality and personal care! Highly recommend them.

lack of communication, way too slow, project still not complete.

These guys were great! Very informative of the process and handled questions with clear concise answers. Offered help above and beyond with the leak control during rainy days when they couldn't make the repair. Braved a 80lb over protective dog to get the job done too.

Provider was always on time but did not give us 24 hours notice to schedule work days

Not only did they do my roof ,they also did some landscaping for me. The job was completed as promised. I enjoyed working with John and his son. The Alliance team was professional and courteous. John made sure I was pleased with the results.

The consultant, Todd, was extremely professional and helpful during the process. The value and craftsmanship was excellent! So far we have enjoyed the gutters without any issues. I hoping it remains that way.

Project done as promised and on time. Crews cleaned up after the job was done. Project manager always followed the progress of the crews and made sure we were happy with the results.

Prompt, consistent, and covered half-finished work well providing good protection from a summer storm that inturrupted the project. This particular project had a few challenges, but the finished product looks very professional.

Just a little slow going but that is understandable since there is a lot of work from the hail and tornado's. Customer service was very slow getting back to me on different matters. I was not happy with that part of it and will not hire again.
