Brian A did an outstanding job on fixing my garage door. He installed a new motor, and various other parts to go with it. His workmanship is extremely meticulous, and he is very knowledgeable about his particular trade. Also, he is very professional, friendly, and helpful and asked all the right questions over the phone to help him have a better understanding of what my repair job would involve before we set up an appointment for an estimate. Brian came out and repaired both of our door openers a few months ago and they have operated perfectly since. The other day our remotes for the openers both stopped working with both units. I called Brian and explained the problem on the phone. He walked me thru how to reset the remote on the openers myself...he could easily have come out and charged me anything to fix the problem on site. He saved me a lot of time and money. This young man is skilled...and honest. You can't go wrong trusting him to give you great service at an honest price.

Not only was the broken spring replaced, but the door operated better than before it was broken due to some updates while doing the repair.

When I returned home mid-afternoon yesterday I was locked out of my house and the garage door would not open. I called Brian and he came over to the house within the hour to help. He was able to get the garage door open just enough for me to crawl under it to get into the house and let him in. He found that the garage door spring had broken. He recognized my situation immediately as my car was in the garage and I had no other means of going anywhere so he prioritized my case. He was at my house before 9:00 this morning and had installed the new spring by 9:30. I cannot thank him enough! And, the price of the repair was very reasonable, especially with yesterday's emergency visit being factored into the total price. I highly recommend Brian and Alliance Garage Doors. (He had done another repair on my garage door 3-4 months ago after moving to my new home and had cautioned me that the spring may not last much longer due to its age.)
