Brian was knowledgeable and easy to reach, the two most important qualities of any home service. He set-up a radon test within two days of our call and offered a variety of time frames to fit my schedule. They provided results right away (after the 2-days requires to collect a sample). I also appreciated that Brian gave us a sense of reassurance if the test came back high. He explained a couple options we might want to research and none of them were alarming... luckily we didn't have to go down that path because out results were within a good range! I will definitely use them for a future home inspection.

This was my first time using Home Advisor. I thought, when inputting my data, that I was going to receive quotes for an inspection. Instead, I was given an appointment with Brian at Alliance Inspections. I called him, and I was on the offensive. But from that first conversation, I really liked Brian's demeanor. Cool and laid back with people. And on site, I found he was very knowledgeable about construction details. I'm a trained architect, but Brian's detailed eyes surpassed the issues I could see on my house. When inspecting, he was not rushed by time or his outside life schedule, but was steadfast and focused on doing the job - no matter how long it took (he ended up spending over four hours at my property). The next day, his completed, written report was emailed within 24 hours. Brian said, "I work for you, the homeowner." And his actions demonstrated how he operates by that philosophy. I would hire and recommend Brian with Alliance without any reservations: Great guy. Great service.

**EDIT I'm upset that I had a bad experience with Brian since I hired him based on the reviews on this website. He is courteous in person and definitely gives off the vibe that he knows what he is doing. But the end result is what's important, and that is where Alliance Home Inspection failed me. I hired Alliance and made my decision to finalize the purchase of my home after his satisfactory inspection report. Long story short, I have had to repair my AC unit ($700), repair the second story brick and mortar, which caused a massive leak in my living room ($4,000), replace my basement floors due to water damage ($1,600), and got termite treatment on the home despite paying an additional cost for Alliance to check for termites. This is in addition to the loss of time and immense emotional frustration that I have endured, which could have been avoided had the company performed the service I hired them to do properly the first time. I would not recommend this one-man company. **Brian was great. Called him back to add something to the report and he was prompt.
