We had a terrible smell coming from the basement that was seeping into the lobby area of the bank. Glenn and his helper Dan came out the same day to access the problem and had new sub pump installed the very same day. Super professional and kind. I will definitely be calling on them again to help with some other projects.

The project ended up being more significant than anticipated, but Alliance got everything updated so it will hopefully no longer be a problem.

I called with an emergency and he came as quick as he could get here. I had a broken water line that was flooding my furnace room. He got it fixed immediately and got me in touch with a furnace mans who also was great as we have no heat because of the water. Would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone and he was also very polite.

Made Home Advisor appointment with Glenn to replace the main shutoff valve to my house and add shut off valves to my kitchen sink. He called me in 15 minutes to confirm the appointment and arrived 4 hours later. Project was completed in 45 minutes. Great response and great service!!!!

Techs name was Glenn and he did a very good job. Was very prompt call me back within 10 minutes of my home advisor request it was a Friday morning but he still made an appointment for later that afternoon and had it installed by 4:30 in time for me to make a very important meeting I had to attend at 5. And the fact he came same day on a Friday was excellent otherwise would have had to wait till the following week and who knows could have flooded the basement by then. He installed the water heater and expansion tank and a pressure regulator valve to the main line in an hour and a half. And this is after another company called All About comfort tried to overcharge and wasn't going to get to it same day

Hired Alliance Plumbing for another project. Shower needed to be re-grouted, did a fantastic job and at reasonable price. BEST plumber I've ever worked with.

Good customer service. Project done in a timely manner. WAY overpriced for services provided. No itemized invoice after work was completed.

This company is GREAT!!!, Glenn is one of the BEST I have ever used. The quality of service, materials is top notch. He answers all calls, text messages in a timely manner. If you have any questions, he is very polite and answers all. I have used his company for 3 jobs so far and will be hiring him in the future for ALL my plumbing needs.

Glenn is resonanable and extremely helpful. He can do a lot more than plumbing. He did our whole remodel job. I am really pleased we found Alliance through Homeadvisor.

they were at my house within an hour after talking to them--water heater pilot had gone out-they lit it and nothing else had to be done--they didn't even charge me a service fee for their time-very professional company.
