I hired Shara for a home I was buying and let me say I was very pleased with him. He arrived at 1130 to the residence to do an inspection and was there until 230 when I arrived. He uses a program â homegaugeâ where it is literally a report card of everything that is discovered during the inspection. It breaks everything down and even includes pictures to show what he sees. With this I was able to counter the seller for repairs that needed to be done. Great investment of my money and time. I would 10/10 recommend him again. Super helpful, professional, and knowledgeable of his craft.

My first home, I wanted the best inspector. Shara happened to call me, very knowledgeable, friendly understandable and flexible with my time (im a nurse and wasn't always available) He explained the process after the inspection he followed up with call an text. He also emailed his report and pictures, explained every step. I would most definitely hire him again .
