Speaking with him on the phone was a breeze as he was extremely friendly, and was able to give me a appointment within a very reasonable time frame. Upon arrival to the property, he came on time, and well equipped with all the necessary gear and immediately got started with the inspection. Not only was he able to do the home inspection in a very timely manner, but he also went out of his way to point out any problems and explain their severity and proper fix. That's what makes him stand out from other inspectors, as he is able to put clients and ease over a problem that might seem big and scary, but really is a easy fix. I hired Shara for a home I was buying and let me say I was very pleased with him. He arrived at 1130 to the residence to do an inspection and was there until 230 when I arrived. He uses a program â homegaugeâ where it is literally a report card of everything that is discovered during the inspection. It breaks everything down and even includes pictures to show what he sees. With this I was able to counter the seller for repairs that needed to be done. Great investment of my money and time. I would 10/10 recommend him again. Super helpful, professional, and knowledgeable of his craft.
