Alliance Restoration, Inc.

Our experience with Alliance Restoration was terrible. We hired them to replace the roof on our 2,800 square foot home in early 2024. They took almost 6 months to finish the job, and left many items not done. We were repeatedly assured by the salesman that the work done on our house would be performed by top-tier, highly-experienced professionals with criminal background checks, but in fact the people that Alliance Restoration sent out to work on our house could not speak English, were apparently not legal citizens, and were same-day hires to Alliance with whom they had no previous dealings. The wrong shingles were sent to the job site and had we not caught their mistake they would have installed the wrong shingles. The Alliance Restoration owner frequently came out to our house and stood on the driveway shouting profanities at the crew's incompetence. The workers were extremely unpleasant (they leered and stared at female members of our family), and brought an eight-year-old boy wildly swinging a roofer's ax to our door to translate for them. These people permanently damaged our skylight and incorrectly installed our weathervane, and overall did a shoddy level of work that had to be redone by a second crew. This simple roofing job took several months, and then we were presented a bill with overages of nearly $1,000 in materials and services that were never installed. Alliance Restoration hired a lawyer to sue us after we questioned the overages and they threatened to refuse to honor their 10-year comprehensive warranty (described in writing as 100% full replacement/no repairs if the roof had any problems). We were forced to pay the overages in full nand did so within 30 days of receipt of the bill and awaited receipt of the warranty papers. Nothing was ever sent to us. Alliance Restoration mislead us with many fake promises to make the sale and we have been left with an overpriced inferior-quality roof with no warranty. The roof cost us more than $14,000. We would warn others to be very careful to avoid this scam.

Alliance Restoration - Mr. Richard Wickman came out when he said he would, he was very honest with what needed to be done for my roof repairs and offered suggestions and made a referral for tree cutting. I felt his sincereness and I will refer him to my friends and neighbors. Thanks Alliance!

This company is good customer service reliable and trustworthy and they also did demolition to the room because of storm damage .Sheetrock ,and laminate flooring..Richard was very personable and friendly I would highly recommend this company .Also did all services in a timely manner..

Quick, showed me the problem, priced it and in two days, FIXED!! Thanks Alliance!

Paul explained what was going on with the roof he took before and after pictures the price was $150 lower than another roofing company he was truthful I will use this company again

Mike came out exactly when he said he would, diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately. The price was VERY reasonable, and he was an absolute professional. Would highly recommend to anyone needing any type of roof repair work, no matter how minor.

The company gave me a reasonable quote for the work. They did a good job repairing my roof. Some other companies were unreasonable in their prices and seemed to think they could take advantage of me because I am a woman. Alliance was fair!

did the job quickly

They had to come back and make adjustments overall they were good.

We had a leak on our ceiling in the living room where the metal chimney sits on the roof. We called Mike with Alliance Restoration to come out and look at it and give us a quote. He came out, and the same day was able to caulk around the boots on the roof and the chimney, and he also found about 30 nails that had been misplaced and had rusted and the water was leaking thru them. He fixed those also! It was repaired in no time, excellent customer service, great price, and told us if we had any other problems to be sure and give him a call. I would highly recommend Mike with Alliance Restoration, INC. We were extremely pleased with the fast, courteous, service and how nice he was. Thanks Alliance (Mike)! Angela and Johnny M.

He's the only guy who I thought was honest with me and had a great price!

He was very professional. He kept me abreast of the work to be done almost as it was being done. Thanks

Outstanding Customer Service, professional job, completed in a very timely manner. Highly recommended.

They did exactly what I wanted,,, top notch and very good price.

Alliance Restoration was very professional and accommodating. I would hire them again and would highly recommend.

I needed some roof work done to fulfill requirements of the buyer of a home I was selling. Time was of the essence. Mike came out shortly after I called him and gave me his evaluation and estimate. He was thorough in his evaluation and then sent me a written quote as well. When I called to asked them to do the job, he got someone right on it and had the job done quickly. We had 2 heavy rains following their work and nothing has leaked so I would say it is a job well done.

Alliance Restoration staff were professional and accommodating. I would recommend them to anyone.

Rich called immediatley after I signed in for a Roofing Contractor. That same day, the Project Manager Justin Wickman was at my house looked at the roof. Came back the next day to do the minor repairs and filled out the needed paperwork for me to be able to keep my Home Insurance. When my roof needs to be redone, Alliance will be the "ONLY" Roofer I will be calling.

Came by and did work as promised

They were Very professional. I was very pleased with their workman ship and would recommend them to others.
