They did a great job installing a new system in my rental house in Cape Coral. What’s extremely helpful is that they also offer a maintenance plan which is referred to as the “comfort club”. They take care of my system even when I am too busy or simply neglect to notice it’s time for a coil cleaning or maintenance check. This service has kept the system continually running cool and problem free.

Above and beyond service! When my A/C broke down and I called at around 7 pm, they were able to head over from Ft. Myers that very night to take care of it. I was shopping around for A/C service companies because the one I was currently using (Best Home Services) quoted me over $500 to fix the A/C drain pipe clog, even though I had a service plan with them. Allied Air Services included the clog fix with the start of a new maintenance plan (which cost WAY less than $500 by the way), and they come twice a year instead of just once like the old company. Service was quick, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend them!

My a/c went out on a national holiday and I called to leave a message to call me the next day.They not only answered the phone,but a service tech arrived about a hour later and had the a/c cooling in no time.They are the best.

This company was wonderful I scheduled a free estimate and they came out in a prompt and timely manner that worked with my schedule, gave me fair pricing and my new system was installed in a single day. It looks clean from the outside and it has been running great ever since. The technicians were friendly and answered any questions I had! They also have a maintenance plan as an option to maintain your system in the future if you want to purchase it. I have one and I have not worried about my A/C unit at all! Thanks Allied Air.

This place takes advantage of the elderly and refuses to fix their mistakes my dad is 88 years old and had a unit put in after hurricane ian and they did crappy work his ductwork fills up with water every time a heavy rain storm comes and fills up into the return and he has to keep pumping water out of his unit one storm he took out 30 gallons and when I called to let them know they said what we did not get rain in 2022 or 2023 they said they would fix it if I called in 2022 but now they will not fix it at all and my dad is 88 with prostate cancer and has copd and now i am sure he has black mold in the ductwork and also when they put the filter in it was not put in properly there was nothing to hold it in place so yeah it got sucked up in the ductwork they came out to fix that and the guy said to my dad and my brother that he had water in his ductwork because the filter was soaked so my husband put wire across to keep the filter in place so that don't happen again and my father got charged for that and that was there screw up and they basically told me that my sick dad can keep sucking the water out of his ductwork plus they did this unit with no permit or any inspection so please beware of this company they are not honest at all

Great experience. Already saving tons of money with our entire new system. He provided the lowest quote, on his first try, out of four vendors. His crew was nice as well on day of install.

They showed up quickly but didn't do the work promised, signed up for a Gold membership for a year, was promised a date and time to complete the maintenance work. Never showed or called and blamed office for it, 2nd attempt was a week later and same results no show. Will say the owner in a timely manner returned my money to me.

On my initial call, owner Dennis was extremely knowledgeable about all of my options and his extensive experience in my condo development was a huge plus. He knew the specific needs of the job (A/C is on the roof of my two story townhouse). He was patient with my myriad questions, personable, and the price was significantly less than other companies in the area. Today was installation day and the crew was quick, efficient, and effective. The job was done - and done well - in less time than was estimated at the quoted price. Cory, and crew were great! Allied Air Services has a new customer for life.

Right away you'll notice he has a genuine interest in helping you get exactly what you need and pinpoint the issues you're looking to solve in your home HVAC. His team of technicians and installers are clean, professional, and very skilled. I'm no AC pro but I do appreciate when a job looks well done and the Allied Air team have done exactly that. You'll have great confidence when they leave that everything is perfect. I asked lots of questions, I talked to Dennis regularly over email and phone about concerns I had as I would find them prior to the install. He's always prompt in responding which reaffirms his passion to solve your problems and provide incredible customer service. Including Allied Air Services, I had 4 companies scheduled to come by for estimates and options. Dennis was the first one and after sleeping on the total price for one night, we called the next day to schedule. I didn't even need to hear the others and their estimates. The best part is that I left those others scheduled as I had nothing to lose. One-by-one as they come by, the gap widened between Allied Air Services and the rest of the pack. Dennis cared, he wants to solve the problem. Our needs: AC was 15 years old, felt inadequate, baby on the way in 2-weeks, didn't want it to die over the summer while we ran it hard.

Very professional techs. I had an annual service call on our central air-conditioner. The cost of the work today was extremely reasonable. The tech thoroughly explained the problems with my 13 year old unit. He gave me a proposal for a new unit but was not hard sell. I will seriously consider his proposal. *I have since hired them to install my new central air-conditioning system. The work was top notch and the cost was very reasonable. The owner even came out to the job site to check on the installation. The city inspection was today and it passed with flying colors. Great job!
