MARK WAS ON TIME, VERY NICE MAN, AND FIXED MY WASHER . VERY UNUSUAL. I USUALLY HAVE TO CALL THE REPAIR COMPANY BACK AT LEAST ONCE TO GET THE JOB DONE AND DONE RIGHT AND COMPLETE. I'M IN THE PROCESS NOW TO MAKE AN APOINTMENT WITH MARK TO LOOK AT THE DRYER. IT STOPPED WORKING. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MARK TO ANY ONE AND EVERY ONE.

Our refrigerator was making noises like the fan was going out and we called multiple places. Marc was the only person that was available for a same day service. He offered to come after normal business hours and worked til 10pm servicing our Refrigerator. He was very nice and professional and very reasonably priced! I will definitely be calling Marc again for future appliance repairs!

I should've written this review last year - my apologies to Mark for my delay. He is by far one of most professional, kind and prompt service people I've ever encountered. I've used Home Advisor a few times for other projects and he's provided the best service thus far! He'll be my go-to person for any appliance issues from here on out! Highly recommend!

Mark was amazing and very accommodating. We needed our washer and dryer hooked up when we moved into our new home. Mark came when he said he was and the price was very reasonable. Mark was professional and just when I thought he may not be able to happen because our dryer was missing a valve Mark was able to remedy the situation and get everything up and running.

I called Mark on Saturday when my dishwasher was flooding my kitchen. He said he'd be here in 90 min and he was. He came from Palmdale to Temple City!!! The most polite, knowledgeable repairman. And his price was MORE than fair! Highly recommend him!!

The first time he came to install my cooktop I had the wrong size and he didn't charge me a trip fee. He installed the correct cooktop within a shot time and it works fine. His price was at the low end of the price scale and I plan to hire him if I should need anymore appliance issues. Thank you Mark.

Mark arrived right on time to install my new dishwasher. He was polite, low key, professional. He encountered a problem caused by the cabinet maker who made the opening for the dishwasher too close to the left side, so the dishwasher door was hitting a drawer knob and the stove. Mark worked around it diligently and installed the dishwasher in a way we can use it. He charged what he originally quoted, anyway. His rate was very competitive, on the lower side of other quotes I received.

Mark, the technician, was professional, friendly, timely, and a person of integrity. I hired him to replace a valve on my washing machine, and they told me there was nothing wrong with my valve, a previous technician had installed wrong.

Marc diagnosed the problem and ordered the new compressor. He returned 4 days later to install it as promised. He even helped me install a defrost kit that I was going to do myself. Marc was on time both service visits. I would definately call him again. He earned my highest recommendation.
