"scope of work was complete removal down to wood framing, new insulation, new sheetrock, tub,and pre formed tub surround, toilet, vanity, lighting, tile, wet wall tiled and wainscot on opposing walls installed. This project took 7 days, I told customer 5-7. Customer wanted to supply tub and tub wall surround, tub was from Kohler walls from Sterling (a Kohler Co.) but the walls have a specific tub to match when I told customer this he said modify it to work, then was unhappy with the outcome.Customer home entire time and only checked work when I asked him too."
"Was hired to replace deck boards and new railings. Upon removing deck boards we found the structure was resting on the ground not on a concrete footing and the ledger board was held to the house with one bolt very unsafeThe customer felt I should have seen this before hand and know this problem exist. The deck was maximum 2' off the ground and had lattice around the bottom she said previous companies went under and saw this poor construction however she never shared that information with me until I had already removed the deck boards. At this point the project had to stop and a permit for new deck framing & concrete footings had to be filed."
