I first talked with Lisa who was very cordial and capable in scheduling the estimate, answering my questions, and supporting me during the project. Tyler was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable in providing me with a detailed estimate. I also felt that I could trust Tyler to give me a fair and reasonable estimate; trusting the contractor is an absolute essential part of the hiring process. Lisa and Tyler were both very helpful and went out of their way to come to my house to pick up the deposit and final payment. The roofing and gutter work teams did excellent jobs!. They were fast, strong, and very capable. I was impressed with the amount of work that goes into a new roof, and Allied made the whole experience for me and my wife very satisfying. I would definitely recommend Allied Brothers, and have already done so to a few friends.

Allied Brothers did an awesome job on our asphalt roof replacement and gutter installation! It took two days for the crew to finish both jobs onto my home. The crew was prompt and made sure that the work was done in an efficient and timely manner. Many thanks to Allied Brothers! During a major rain and wind event, I had multiple leaks occurring in the house, one right through my kitchen light fixture! Tyler and Lisa arrived the next day and did a thorough inspection of the roof and attic. They diagnosed the issues and determined a new roof was needed. All my questions were answered, they explained everything clearly and concisely and the price was reasonable. Their workers arrived within 2 weeks, worked extremely well together and by the end of the day the roof was completed. Their cleanup was great - I went around my property afterwards, since I have animals, to make sure there were no nails on the ground that could harm them. I literally only found a handful, which was amazing! Highly recommended!

We got our roof, soffits, fascia, gutters, louver vent and skylights replaced with Allied Brothers. Price for the entire project was the best among all contractors. Lisa was very responsive. Ricardo did a good job of attaching new flush vents in the soffit for the bathroom exhaust fans. Overall, the entire work looks good. Will have to check how everything holds up in a few years. Few things that we felt could have been done better - the roofing team was a little rough when putting tarps over the yard. Few plants were seriously impacted because of the rough handling. Cleanup could have been better. There were places where lot of dirt was left on the windows and near the entry door. Lastly, we wanted to replace the old louver vent with a circular louver vent which they said was possible at the time of signing the contract. However, at the time of work, the person incharge said that it may damage the siding so we ended up with a new vent with the same shape as before. This was something we would not have opted for if we had been told upfront that it may damage the siding.

Explained breakdown of process, materials, warrantees and cost. Showed up with crew that were hardworking respectful and care of property. Lisa and Tyler updated me on roof progress showing up to job site and taking roof photos. Highly recommend

She is very well versed in construction and was easy to accommodate any requests of mine. The team was courteous with us and did an excellent job cleaning up. I would recommend them to anyone and would hire them again for future projects.

Overall the project went fairly well though we ended up deleting some of the original scope from the project because it turned out to not be in their area of expertise.
