Friendly, accommodating, good price. Carpet repair was done in workmanlike fashion, not a first quality professional job; patch secured with hot glue to pad, not using heat activated tape to secure carpet patch to remainder of carpet.

My carpets were not properly stretched when I moved in and I had tons of wrinkles in the carpet that kept getting worse. Allied fixed all the wrinkles by stretching the carpet and they did a wonderful job! I would highly recommend this company!

Did a good work, however increased price by $50 a room from phone price in order to use power stretcher. That should have been included in the original quoted price. Paid $400 for a little over an hour of work stretching upstairs of a townhouse.

"we dont do powerstreching for free , he was quoted for regular streching per his request, for was putting house on market ,upon arrival wrinkles was to severe had to be powerstreched to get them out ."

I had worst experience with them. They took all the money they asked for and left the job half done. I hired them to clean and repair pet damage on carpet. Cleaning was just ordinary cleaning that anyone can do using rug Doctor cleaner that are available on rent. Guy told me that he will come next week to repair and never showed up. He also stopped responding to my calls and messages.

"what a pack of lies !!!! mr sethi hired us to clean and repair to stair ,which ended up being 2 big landings he bought a piece of carpet to replace landings and after we finished job . he decided he wanted the rest of stairs done . he paid us for what we did , with no complaints, and ask if we could finish steps for him another time tech said we could and even offerd him a discount. nothing was left undoned .hes just wanting something for nothing."
