Best experience ever ! They were so professional and knew exactly what to do. They worked hard every day and left the worksite clean. They told me their goal for each day. They were not afraid to tackle a hard job of encapsulating an old house. The construction crew were so nice, friendly and professional. I would recommed Allied Crawl Space to everyone.

Signed a contract for a Turtl system on June 3rd. Was promised they would start work 2 weeks later. It is now August 23rd (over 2.5 months later) and still nothing. Unfortunately they have my deposit otherwise I would walk away. I hear from their office admin that somebody will call me on a regular basis but only 1 time did Lee actually call me back. I am pushing to speak with Allen Johnson the owner at this point. The excuse used to this point is that the shipment for the Turtl system has not arrived. I spoke with the Turtl company and they were very helpful with pricing and said they could get one to Huntsville in 4-5 business days.

Had to call them back out two more times. Did not do the job.

The team was flexible on schedule - getting to me right after they finished another job and work with me around the holidays.

They got to the job right away, I did not have to wait weeks to get the job done. Every single person that came to my home repressing the company was extremely polite and acted in a professional manner. I would highly recommend this company.

Allied crawl space solutions needs new ownership. Crawlspace and mold remediation was not completed. Mold still present. Water pooled on plastic in many areas. A dehumidifier runs all the time. Owner of Allied placed humidity sensor on a cinderblock instead of appropriate placement which caused it to fall into a puddle of water and rust (now useless). Would not recommend this company to anyone. The owner fired workers who told the homeowner the truth of black mold under house. The quality of the air in our home continues to be poor due to the crawlspace after thousands was paid to Allied. This company is worthless and was very expensive for nothing. We are having to go behind everything they did spending more money. Neighborhood teens could do a better job than the owner and his foreman. Absolutely the worst owner of a company in this field. Owner talks a good game but does not produce. I would caution anyone thinking of using this company.

Initial meeting with the sales rep was great. He was nice and answered my many, many questions. The installation started the beginning of February and took just shy of a month due to weather and repeated attempts to clean all the surface mold off the joists. Prior to the project being finished towards the end of February, I received multiple calls asking to sign the form stating the project was complete. The project was finally completed after multiple brushing of the surface mold was needed. An entire team, with the owner, came out and finished up the cleaning of surface mold during the evening. After several months (late Feb to mid July), I saw what may be mold on the joist. I called and worked to get someone out here. After several missed appointments from the employee, causing me to call the office for details, someone showed up in early August. This employee took a photo, explained it was not mold. I requested a mold test be done. The owner was scheduled to come out and perform a spore test. The owner showed up for the appointment, and me feel like I was a burden. During the multiple calls to the office, and the interaction with the owner who came to do the spore test, I was never informed of a $250 fee to get the results back until I called to check on the status due to the office not calling me with the results. The results weren;t there on Monday, and I called back on Tuesday. The owner called me, after my call to the front office, and said the owner did not inform me because the owner assumed I knew. The owner was unprofessional on the call. For instance, the owner spoke when I was asking questions and used an aggressive tone. The white plastic is nice, but it is not sealed everywhere in the crawlspace. The vents and not fully sealed, the foamboard only being flush with the cinder block wall. I am watching the usage of the dehumidifier installed, an update on its power usage will be in an update. It seems to run multiple hours a day. The wireless humidity and temperature monitor dies about every 10 days on 3 triple A batteries, making it unreliable. The folks answering the calls to the front office were nice and did find out information when I ask, which I have to constantly do. All this to say, I would not recommend this business for a job.

The salesman and service personnel were top notch but the personnel in the office could use some training. When you lose a customer's check that was hand delivered some changes need to be made.they lost our check in the office and called and left us a message they were going to charge us a late fee for being late after talking to the service guys who were very professional they realized they lost the check in the office. We gave them the final payment when they finished removing the insulation and installing the drain pipe, we are still waiting on electrician to come out and hook the pump up. So all in all sales and service awesome, office personnel needs training or replaced.

The workers started the first and second day at 11:30am and finished the day between 3:00pm and 5:00pm with the encapsulation and foundation support lasting four days. The project is still not completed as the sump pump and dehumidifier still need to be wired by subcontracted electricians. I realize this is the busy season; however, it seems the project is dragging out, so far about 15 days. The final price is high; however, it is significantly lower than their competition. From what I have seen, the work product appears to be good.

The first crew that was sent left everything in disarray. They were not planning on coming back. I called the office and they sent the same crew back the following week to clean up their mess. I was not notified ahead of time and unable to supervise my concerns. I am having a crew come out today to correct some errors the first crew made and hopefully they will finsh the clean up. The office personnel were very professional and courteous.
