He was very helpful. Not only did he do the servicing quickly and efficiently, he made suggestions and gave me ideas as to what I could do to improve energy efficiency in my home. I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends.

After contacting Mark to have the 50+ year old boiler in our house to be replaced, he stopped by that night to give an estimate on the job. The work was scheduled and completed the following week. Although a small problem was found, Mark and one of his senior technicians came to our house on a Friday night and resolved the issue immediately. The boilder works great, all the work was done very professionally, and the area that they worked in was left clean, as if they had not beent there at all. I very highly recommend them.

Mark and his crew were very professional, friendly, and thorough during the planning and installation of our new air conditioning project. With old-style radiant heat, our home had no air conditioning ducts at all, but that was not an obstacle to the guys from Allied. They have the expertise to do the job right, and we suffered none of the typical delays, or extended distruptions that go with most projects of this scale. We love our new central air conditioning, and my husband and I can wholeheartedly recommend Allied Heating and AC.

Mark called me within minutes of my submitting a request. The tech that came to the house was honest and the price was fair. Since I am not able to have my ancient unit repaired, I will most likely have the entire unit replaced. I have not moved forward on this yet, I will get some more estimates, but all things being equal, would give the job to Allied.

The service repairman could have charged me all kinds of fees for checking my furnace, but it was such a simple thing that I could have done it if I had known what was wrong. He charged me the service fee for coming out and that was it. I know next time to check everything I can think of before calling. I would use Allied again and recommend them to family and friends when they need help.

Within an hour my furnace was up and running. They were friendly and really knew their bushiness. I was very happy with the whole experience.

Great service- quick to respond to a last minute, Friday evening emergency furnace repair and repairman Mark, went above and beyond, attempting to machine a part to our old furnace to keep us warm, then arriving early the next morning to replace a worn-out part. Thanks, guys - good job.
