Not only did he do the home inspection, he also did some of the work that needed to be done. He was timely, professional, very attentive and communicated well with us. I would highly recommend him!

"This project started out as a pre-closing inspection. We found the main support beam of the structure to be strained which put a 2" dip in the center of the house. With a properly engineered solution, we were able to complete the repairs in a seamless fashion while the seller still occupied the house! We finished on schedule while also completing the re-framing of the rear floor section of the house in addition to our original scope of work. This is a great young couple that can now enjoy their new home with piece of mind."

Toxicity and Mold - Removal
Mark at Allied Property responded very quickly to my inquiry. Visited the site and made several suggestions and had someone here to get additional information immediately. He's submitted a detailed and resonable proposal to fix my problems.

"A beautiful Woodstock home embattled with some improperly installed improvements over the years. We see this all the time in the area. We are big advocates of contractors being licensed and regulated. We're licensed in several states through our commercial division and will not construct any repairs or improvements improperly. We need to take local conditions into consideration when performing any type of work and that work needs to be installed properly! Why do it twice? It's always more expensive the second time around."

"Fantastic project! This project had us up in Campton, NH having to complete a new build that was abandoned by the previous builder. We work with several out of state Property management firms and really had to pull on out for this client. We completed over $250,000.00 of work to complete this beautiful contemporary home. We finished within the bank's timeline which allowed them to sell the property before winter set it. We now have a two new clients as a result of this inquiry; the bank that was stuck and the new owners of this house on the hill!"

I had submitted requests to several roofing companies in the area and none were as prompt or professional as Mark Champagne with Allied roofing.Mark is a straight up guy that gives you a fair and up front estimate.He'll tell you right out he may not be the cheapest guy but you'll be 100% satisfied and most importantly the jobs done right.My home had old asphalt shingles on it and had developed a leak.I wanted the situation made air tight.He assessed the situtation and gave me several choices on the handling of it.The job went just as he stated and was performed in a timely and professional manner.(no mess!)I would recomend him to anyone.

They crew that was at my house did a very good job they worked study and when they were done evrything was picked up and you cold not tell they were there and the roof came out great.
