Allied hires many people to do the job at your house. Removing the old shingles, delivering new shingles, installing new shingles and cleaning up took only one day. Great work but also fast and efficient.

The overall quality of their work is excellent. The engineering design of the deck was excellent. The deck feels like being on a concrete pad. Not a hint of creaking, movement or vibration when even jumping very hard on the deck. The railing posts are secured extremely well to the frame of the deck with 4 x 4 lumber and large lag bolts. I feel a football player could charge the railing and not break it. They hire enough people to finish the job quickly in a few days...and not drag on for weeks. Only delays were waiting for county inspections and then correcting any minor items.

Installers came when they said they would. Were very courteous, quick & cleaned up when finished.

If you are looking for an unprofessional job, you found the company! If you do not want to have to deal with anyone in the company, you have found the company because no one ever calls or replies to e-mail. If you want to pay for a new roof and get a patched mess, this is the one for you! My experience was a nightmare from start to finish. First waiting two months for work to start without any contact from the company and workers showing up unannounced and unsupervised. Then finding my sewer vent roofed over and venting sewer gas into my attic. Being able to see large areas of roof decking that were rotten and cracked that should have been replaced. Finding old tar paper still peaking through in the attic proving new continuous underlayment was not installed. Several rows of shingles were unlevel and sloping. The company evaded contact. After waiting a long time, patch repairs were made to the roof and I was supposed to accept that. I had a contract for a professional new roof and got a patched mess. Even formal complaints through the BBB and MHIC did not inspire anyone from this company to get in contact with me and make things right. It has been incredibly frustrating. We are not going to court. Save yourself the headache and do not believe the lofty promises they plaster on their advertising. Never got an owner s phone number. Could not even get a janitor with the company to return a phone call or e-mail. If this job had been supervised by an owner or supervisor, the job could have been done right the first time. If they had communicated with me, we could have resolved this issue outside of court. If you enjoy migraines, this is the company for you. Get ready for lots of headaches!

They were prompt, clean and professional

Be careful on what your getting they tell you one thing and do another.

The installers did a great job of 'cleaning up' after the job was done. When my next-door neighbor had his roof replaced, the installers left behind a lot of loose roofing nails in the surrounding lawn.

The customer service from start to finish was excellent. The workers arrived on time, installed the new roof, cleaned up the entire work area and my new roof looks great. I highly recommend Allied Remodeling for your roofing needs.

Choose Allied Remodeling; you will not regret it. From sales to installation, these guys know what they are doing, and know how to treat a customer. The salesman recommended I keep my existing gutters & guards rather than purchase from Allied. Long story short the gutter contractor is not nearly as accommodating as Allied is. Allied went above and beyond to work with this contractor, and even fill in for their shortcomings...all in the name of saving me money that I would have spent on new gutters. Allied could have taken my money, ran, and never returned a call, but instead they chose to work with me to make me happy. I am beyond satisfied with the job Allied did on my roof, and the way they treated me as a customer. When the time comes for siding, I know where I'm getting my first quote from.

I had this done several years ago. just suffered wind damage and called. they got back promptly and should be here today. warranty covers problems. can't beat that. very nice people.
