1. Apx. 25 % more expensive than other pros recommended by Home Advisor, but that he called first, so I hired them before others called me. 2. Came in and walked around our clean house in his street shoes disregarding business etiquette and our feelings. That was ones to pick up the screens, then bring them back, then go to the store for some stuff, then come back again - 3 times. 3. He cut 1 screen frame too short and left apx. 1/4" gap thus defeating the screen purpose to stop insects. Then he went to Home Depot and bought some insulation strip to seal the gap, so this was corrected, but... unusual from the pro. 4. He broke 1 screen frame corner and never told me, but I noticed it when he came next day, and his answer was that it was hard to extract the screen/frame. I believe it was not my fault, and he should have fixed/replaced that little vinyl corner. Luckily, it's only screens, not my roof of a heart surgery. :-)

Jeff came out and measured the glass in our wooden patio door and installed the following week as it was a special size polite, neat, and very courteous plus called when he was running late I can’t say enough about the service would not think twice about recommending him or using him again

Jeff was great. He showed up promptly and fixed all four window latches in under 30 minutes. And his price was reasonable too. He saved me from having to buy new windows.

We received excellent service from Allied. We had screening work for windows in our house completed by Jeff. A great job!!

Jeff came out the same day that I called, picked up my screens, and returned them the same day. I had 17 of them. He did a great job.

Very responsive and got to me right away. He gave me a solution and scheduled a time to repair it.

Had several thermopane units replaced. Jeff was nice enough, but there were a few issues that we were ultimately not very pleased with. First, I do agree with some of the other reviews re: cleanup. Jeff worked in a number of finished, carpeted rooms, and debris was left behind in all of them (both on the floor and sills). Small stuff, but contractors should leave work areas as clean (if not cleaner) than they were found when the job is done. Second, a few of the windows had quite a bit of extra sealant (caulk) left on them. I understand the windows have to be sealed, and while I wasn't thrilled with how much oozed onto the windows, I was going to accept it... That is, until a neighbor told me that the outfit who did a similar job for him ran four strips of painter's tape along the edges of the windows prior to sealing to keep sealant off the windows completely. Probably would have added two minutes per window to the job - and made things look much nicer. Finally (and the reason we decided to write this review): we recently found a sizable (at least 2") scratch on one of the windows. It's near the edge and not hairline, so I'm guessing it wasn't there from the factory. It's right at eye level, so now that we see it, it's hard not to see it. Bottom line: Average work at what we assume was an average price. UPDATE: I am lowering my review after recently having one of the replaced thermopane units develop a sizable crack. Another window replacement group came out and showed me clearly where the window glass was damaged by the nail used to re-secure the window trim during installation. This damage was the catalyst for the crack, and I was left with the expense of again replacing the thermopane unit.
