Jeff came out on Wednesday, took my 10 screens with him and returned with my finished screens on Thursday. He should be back with the 3 windows (thermal pane) that he said should be replaced on Friday. He was really 'Johnny on the spot' as far as the work goes and he is pleasant to deal with.

Jeff came out same day he called and obtained and replaced my window the next day. Job looks very nice, although he left some repair scraps in my driveway. He works very efficiently, but could present himself a little bit more engaging.

Jeff called back with in 10 minutes, came out that day. Measured, removed and replace window the same day. Could of done a little better job of clean up, besides that great job.

Jeff did a great job. He installed my sump pump and backup sump pump for half of what another plumbing company was going to charge me for just the backup sump pump. He also gave me an accurate quote over the phone.

Jeff was great! Called immediately and came out to check out all my windows. We ran into a slight problem with getting parts from the window manufacturer, but Jeff jumped through hoops to find out where he could procure the parts for me. He kept me in the loop while we were ordering/waiting for the parts and then came out to fix my windows as soon as the parts were in. I would recommend Jeff to anybody who needs window repair!

Jeff called me immediately after I expressed an interest on the web in having a window replaced. He was prompt, even calling when he was going to be delayed. He was courteous and friendly. He had to special order my window and has not yet installed it, but judging by his professional behavior, i am sure he will installit as soon as it is delivered to him.

He Installed a Screen Door and a Door Knob in my bathroom. The lock on the screen door was broken and he had to go 30 minutes out of his way to get a new lock just to fix it. He didnt charge me any extra for that. He did a great job and the price was great. He installed it very well and I reccomend him for any jobs you may have. I will keep his number in my phone for future jobs I may need. Thanks Jeff.

Jeff came out and not only repaired my screen door and placed it back into the tracks, but spent time showing me what was wrong with one of the wheels. He also showed me how to lubricate the track so the door would slide easily in it. I asked him to re-attach a piece of siding that came off during some recent high winds. He did a great job of doing that as well. I would recommend him in a heartbeat!
