Been with Alligator Pools for the past year and half and never had an issue. We signed up for weekly pool maintenance and while a bit more expensive, theyâ re worth it. Always show up, never any issues

Alligator Pools saved our pool! Our pool had SO many repair issues which needed to be addressed that we were ready to fill it in. A friend recommended we call Alligator Pools to come out and take a look. We immediately felt comfortable with Jesse and he identified all the issues we knew about and highlighted several others. Over the next month, they repaired ALL of them which was no small task and at a fair price! Theyâ re like family now!

Weâ ve used Alligator Pools for over a decade. Theyâ ve always been honest about what we needed and responsive when we called. We finally took the plunge (pun intended) and got a pool heater. Despite knowing our pool, they came out and took measurements to ensure we had the right size and werenâ t over paying for something we didnâ t need. Itâ s those small things that we appreciate and why we keep going back!

I noticed my pool was losing water faster than usual for winter time in Miami. My usual pool service couldnâ t figure it out so I decided to call Alligator Pools for their opinion. Their team quickly discovered a leak in our filter which is something my regular guy had missed. The technician fixed it on the spot and I havenâ t had any issues since.

Alligator Pools over delivered! Our old pool needed major remodeling. We wanted to use Alligator Pools bc two of our neighbors had recommended them. They were a breathe of fresh air and did not disappoint when it came to the actual work. The crew showed up when they said they would and the whole process was easy. They even tossed in some goodies for our dog! Incredibly thoughtful and professional team. Thank you Alligator Pools! FYI we also got quotes from two other pool companies and their bids were laughable. Not only did we have to hound them to visit our pool but when they showed up they rushed through everything and barely listened to us. That was not the case with Alligator!

Very reliable, good price, nice work. Kept us informed throughout the project. The pool resurfacing looks beautiful. I wanted to keep my old tile and they were able to do that. Nice follow-up, they came back and checked the pool several times to be sure the chemicals were balanced. Would definitely recommend Alligator Pools.

We contacted several companies to obtain a quote reference refinishing my pool. Allen from Alligator Pools gave the best presentation. Allen stated what was going to be done an each stage of the project. Upon reviewing all the options we decided to hire Alligator Pools to preform the job. Work stated as promised, the crew was professional and proficient. Allen has responded several times as promised to ensure that the pool is properly chemically balanced. Overall very satisfied with the performance and have already recommended him to family member for their pool project.

Alligator Pools refinished our pool. We were very satisfied with every phase of the job. They were careful with surrounding property of the pool. Did the job on time, cleaned everything up and left the pool in running order by balancing the chemicals etc. Their workmen were pleasant and polite.

We have had Alligator Pools for several years but lately their service has been really poor. I reached out to Alan several times regarding an issue we were having and never got a return call. Finally got him to respond weeks later when the problem continued and his response was basically, "Maybe we should part ways." No attempt to resolve the situation and no responsibility taken for his company or his employee who did not follow through on what he said he would do. Very dissatisfied with this company's customer service after being a loyal customer for many years. I would shop somewhere else if I were you. It's not like there is a shortage of pool cleaning companies in Miami.

"I am sorry the customer feels that way. Please allow me to explain our position...What the customer failed to mention as the "issue we were having" was the customers VERY agressive dog. He bit my employee and harrassed him repeatedly. I DID reach out to Mr. E and was promised the dog would be contained on our regular service day. This did not happen. I chose to REFUND the customers money and not subject my employee to a potentially dangerous situation AND Mr. E to a potential lawsuit. I felt is was a fair solution. As you can see by our MANY 4 and 5 star reviews, his experience was the exception. Thank you."

A little weak on the communications; I always had to call them for status of the project and to find out what the next step was and when it would happen. Overall, very satisfied with the quality of work. The crew was very good and easy to work with. Post job clean-up was excellent. Also did not take any payment until job was completed. I highly recommend Alligator Pool Services.

He was super personable, and the job (pool and spa re-lining) came out smooth, and the work was started and finished BEFORE promised. Having said that, you need to caution his crew not to rinse equipment on your lawn; they left several concrete patches that I had to break up to allow the lawn to return. They also were not knowledgeable about spa jet R & R...his new drain allowed such improved flow that my old jets needed to be replaced; and that required another service contractor. I also had my heart set on a dark color; he convinced me to go with a lighter shade, and I regret that choice. I also had a new, pricy lighting system put in.
