Van was very receptive, responded immediately (on Saturday) and cleared the clogged drain the next morning. Could not ask for better service. I plan to use him as an emergency contact for plumbing issues with my tenants (in a 3-family house in Somerville.) Liked the fact that he was local.

Van showed up right on time. He makes a point of explaining everything he's going to do & what the situation is (partially clogged drain, in my case). He worked quickly & professionally, and everything was back to normal soon. He also showed flexibility in meeting my schedule on when I could be at home, which I appreciate. This was the most thorough sewer line cleaning that I've gotten. Van was personable, did a great job cleaning up afterwards, and covered his shoes to bring the bill in. He was great. This is the only company that I will use from now on.
