Accepted the job and the up front money. Didn't do the job and now I am in the process of trying to get my money back. Have been trying to get my money back for more than 6 weeks. Would not recommend this company to anyone for anything.

Invested over $1500 in this project and my pool looks the same today as it did a month ago. After several parts replacements we waited patiently for the pool to be cleaned but it seems we were not a priority for the owner since he would come out once a week and we were never sure what had been done while he visited. Nice guy but the service was not good for us.

This company was recommended by a friend and I am very pleased with service. I had my pool liner replaced and Ralph arrived when expected and installed accurately without any problems. I will now be using this company for maintenance. Thank you for the great service!

He should have been more courteous. If you are going to take a persons money you need to have the decency to complete their job before going out and doing another. I would not recommend him to anybody or use him ever again.
