Wonderful people very easy to work with!

Friendly and helpful. Mark and his helper suggested I replace my chimney and roof while they were there to line the chimney. I did repair the cracked ridge shingles around the chimney after they finished working up there.

Mike was extremely efficient, knowledgeable and successful in first if al...locating the vent to begin with...and a very challenging Process to actually clean the vent on the roof...he was confident Enough not to have to bother the tenants upstairs to reach the vent through their attic. I put this project on Home Advisor after being quoted an outrageous price by a local company that tried to upsell me on work that wasn’t necessary to solve the problems I had with my chimneys. All in the Family called right away, made themselves available the same week to come out and provide a free estimate, gave me an honest assessment of the work needed, came up with a solution for a novel way to fix a different contractor’s mistake and bid the job at a fair price. On the day of the job, they showed up on time as expected, performed the work they had been hired to do and completed the project (a chimney cover, cap, liner and vent replacement) without issue and at the agreed price. If you’re looking for a reliable company that you can trust, give these guys a call.
