Lawn Care Maintenance and Mowing
$25
I was consistently reaching out to Allium with delayed to no response on their part. Their customer service is horrible. I first hired them in April 2019 to mow and maintain my lawn. They were also supposed to clean out my garden bed, put down fresh mulch and trim my bushes as a one time job in April. I kept contacting them about this but they ignored me and did not complete the work in the garden bed until the end of June. When they did, the work was not satisfactory and they ignored my email mentioning that. In July, I asked that they start cutting my lawn twice a month as opposed to 4 times a month as they had been (it was killing my lawn). They agreed. The entire month of July went by and Allium did not cut my lawn once. It was so bad my neighbor jumped in and cut my lawn for me. Yet Allium billed me as if they cut my lawn 4 times in July. This was both contrary to the twice a month agreement and contrary to the fact that they did not cut my lawn even once. I emailed them on August 9, 2020 about this discrepancy and they never responded. I received an email over the weekend on January 4, 2020 with another invoice with an additional $10 tacked on. FRAUDULENT AND UNRESPONSIVE!
