Rodent Pest Control Service
Very Professional. Quick response. He did look outside for possible holes the mice can get in and blocked them off. The only concern I had was I think he should have put more poison out because mice can find any hole to get in and the poison would stop them better.

Brian sprayed for cockroaches, and they were gone for a couple of weeks, but then they returned. When I recontacted Brian, he agreed to come back and retreat the area. He's returning tomorrow, so I don't know yet what the final result will be. Update: Brian and his assistant retreated the infested room and around the foundation of the house *extremely thoroughly* when they returned. Brian even went down in the crawl space at my request, and pointed out potential other problems there, not directly related to my cockroach problem. He could not have been more helpful. If the cockroaches return, it won't be Allman Brothers' fault!

This is the second time I have hired Allman, and the second review. The first was for moles. This review pertains to hiring them again for general insect control at my home. Two of them were at the house for maybe two hours (I don't recall exactly). In addition to educating me on replacing mulch with rocks, arranging kitchen food, etc., they sprayed and even went as far as going through the crawl space and spray-foaming any gaps they saw leading into the home, such as around sink pipes. They showed me pictures of the work they did and then of rodent damage and the steps they took to eliminate that too. I never felt pressured. They keep it it friendly and easy-going. That goes a long way.

I was called by the company and offered to send them a picture of the damage to my yard via phone. He immediately identified it as a mole problem and offered a solution. I agreed and he purchased the needed materials and quoted a price. He called me back another time or two when normal issues cropped up and let me decide which way to go. I appreciated that. Finally, he dropped me the receipt plus a very fair charge for labor, and took care of business. Haven't had a problem since. I will calling them back next spring but this time for bugs.

He came the same day we called and got rid of the yellow jackets. He was very pleasant and professional. He was running a little later than he had expected and gave me a call to let me know. I appreciated this courtesy. I felt the price was very fair for the job. I will definitely use The Allman Brothers for future extermination needs, and would recommend them to others.

the problem was bees boring holes into the house. Although they did spray and plug most of the holes they were not able to get to the holes on the 3rd floor due to the steepness of the roof pitch. However they did spray those holes. The price was very reasonable.

The Allman Brothers Pest control was a life saver for our home. I had been swarmed by the yellow jackets and could not go into the dog park to destroy their nest and the yellow jackets. He was here on time and in a very professional manner destroyed the nest and killed those that were in the nest. He then left me a can of spray to put on the stragglers. Thank you Allman Bros and I highly recommend them.
