They threatened legal action on me when I didn't do anything wrong. Do not use this business. I?ve never been so disappointed with a company. They forgot to take the initial mold sample, didn?t verify remediation was complete, and left my basement disorganized. Calls to the project manager went unanswered, and I learned from customer service that two employees were fired without my knowledge. Despite their negligence, I was repeatedly billed for an unfinished job. When I asked for clarification, Kevin, the manager, argued with me, ignored my questions, and threatened legal action. Promises to waive the remaining balance were dismissed, with Kevin accusing me of using their words ?to my benefit.? This company?s lack of communication, professionalism, and respect is appalling. I had to clean up their mess myself and warn friends and family to avoid them. Do not trust this business with your home or your health.I

I would never use nor recommend Allphase to anyone. I went to them because our plumbing company, A***, recommend them because they are a sister company. Great service from A*** so I trusted that Allphases service will be as well. This is my experience. Forged my initials on the the Emergency Waiver form for waiving the right to cancel within three business days because the situation was an emergency (which it was not). I called and left multiple messages and texted twice throughout the job to request to be provided copies of the executed contract originally prepared by Jimmy at Allphase. When it was finally emailed to me, after the job was completed, the description of work and materials to be used was blank. It had a description entered by Jimmy when we signed the contract on his tablet. After all the work was completed Eric M. at Allphase emailed me the documents and called me to make sure I received the emailed documents. I told him that my initials were forged on the Waiver form. I pointed out that is illegal. I pointed out that the description on the contract was blank. I stated in my opinion the little 2' by 2' repair took too long to complete. He said he would send Jimmy a message about it. In the past Jimmy has never returned any of my calls or texts. I asked for his supervisor's name, not to complain about him (Eric) but to push this forgery and contract issue further up the chain of management. He gave me her name and I asked for her last name too. I wanted to know who to ask for should I need to call back. After a pause I asked if she had a last name. Some business's only give an initial. I never raised my voice, I was never rude nor did I take out my frustration out on him but I was firm about wanting answers. Andrew F gets on the line and he is literally screaming at me that I can't talk to his employee like that. I try to talk to him but he is screaming over me and not letting me talk. Then he screams "put your husband on the phone." Ladies take note of this. My husband tells him not to speak to me like that and Andrew is still screaming as my husband hung up on him. Andrew was abusive, hostile and demeaning and should not be interacting with the customers. Andrew F. has in past reviews threatened customers by stating he records the calls if he doesn't like the review. Legitimate businesses state that at the start of a call. However I have no concerns if it was recorded. I stand by what I have said here. If Allphase wishes to contact me they may only do so through email or letter. We had a mainline sewer backup and AllPhase was recommended to me Luis came out the day we called and did our estimate. He was personable and worked with me to meet our needs and even went out of his way to bring an air scrubber over that same evening even though the crew wasn't going to be able to do the work until the next day. Anthony Nash was the lead guy on the removal of items from the basement and did all the antimicrobial treatment and steam cleaning. He did an amazing job the basement looks cleaner than it has in a long time! It was a late Friday afternoon job and bigger than what he had expected but they were all extremely polite, courteous and friendly. If I have a wanter issue in the future I would not hesitate to call them again!

I have had the pleasure of working with Anthony Nash. He not only is cleaning up the mess, he calls to make sure everything is going well with the company and his work. I have never had to do this before and he has taken the time to spell it out, the good and the bad. Would I recommend them? In a New York minute. Allphase was hired by my insurance company for my small business that I run out of my home when it flooded in March. Allphase was very unprofessional and rude. They never came back to complete the construction phase of the job (they took all my moldings off and pulled the carpet up). I have called the owner Bill numerous times with no calls back. All I get is emails asking for money that is way higher than what I was verbally quoted by Craig S. They want over $4k for running 18 fans and pulling my moldings off and drying out my carpet. I have been waiting 2 months now and I have had to hire my own company to clean the carpet and put it back down and buy new moldings since they took mine and never came back. What good is a company called Allphase (where I was told they do all the phases start to finish) if they never call you back or come to complete the job?!? I do not recommend them.

during the assessment process I asked if they do reconstruction as well they said yes but when they did the work they didn't do the reconstruction.

Would not respond to calls when we realized that the water drawing out of the pipes was creating a problem for our neighbor and us as it was creating a muddy yard. Water was directed improperly and they blamed us . They are the experts not us. Would never allow those folks on the property again!

No work was done except for an inspection. I suspected mold, but it wasn't mold. There were mineral deposits that I can clean off myself. Tim recommended cleaning and then putting Dry Lock on the walls. The inspection was no charge.

This was the best service we have ever received from anyone doing work on our home. The promptness and quality of work was great as well as the courtesies of ALL staff. A truly great experience in our time if need especially during the holiday season.

AllPhase was wonderful to work with. We had a bad water leak. They came out immediately and placed their air handlers and humidifiers all around the damaged areas as well as opened up the areas so they could dry. They came back every day to check on the progress of the drying. Tommy is a great employee and made an unhappy time for me a little easier. I would recommend them to everyone. They are prompt and efficient.
