Great job and friendly staff

Contacted Home Advisor on Thursday morning and received a call almost immediately from All Pro Home Improvement Services. They scheduled for 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and arrived within the appointment time and repaired all the issues with our sliding pocket doors. Mike and Derek were friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job. Would highly recommend!

I hired Allpro to install a door. What a hassle!!!! Nice people, but apparently my business was not important to them. I can't tell you how many times I have had to call them to try to schedule or address concerns and there is still no resolution. Very poor communication and follow through. I ended up hiring another company to finish the job and they did an excellent job. A HUGE issue with me was that they charged me $500 for a permit and told me that was a good deal because of all the work that went into it. Not having any prior knowledge or experience with permits and costs, I signed the contract. Found out from the city permit department that my permit only cost $79 for the permit and inspection. They pocketed $421 off the "permit" cost. When I called to request a refund, they gave me excuse after excuse as to why it cost so much - bottom line - I feel that I was being taken advantage of and I will never do business with these folks again or recommend them to anyone else.

They were very professional and did my door and 5 Windows in 2 days. We are very satisfied with the service and if we could we would give them 10 stars. And a special thanks to Don for responding quickly and getting the job finished fast.

This installer replaces my exterior door today. They did an excellent and professional job and arrived on time. I strongly recommend them to any one who may consider installing or replacing the door or window.

Steve was great, but then when I called to tell him he missed a screen he said he was coming back three times and then he never came and one screen is still not fixed after numerous calls. He finally came in and fixed it.

I thought it was done, and I called he tole me three times he would come by and fix it. I called numerous times and no show. He finally came and fixed the ones that needed it..
