I am pleased with the results but there were a lot of delays making the job longer than anticipated. Jose done my cabinet tops and having to do them alone it was difficult. He showed up every day and worked straight through. Very dependable.

Installed wall oven. Didn't put in brackets to hold oven in tight. Told me there were none. After they left I looked through the owners manual and saw they should have installed brackets. ARS took the hardware with them. I called them about it. They never called back and never came to complete the work

Service tech arrived as scheduled, diagnosed problem, but did not have the part to make the repair...short story - I had to pay for the service call, but my problem wasn't fixed.

The first time they came by they were good enough to give me 1/2 hour notice, since it's unreasonable to expect someone to sit around for 5 hours waiting. The second time they didn't do that, but the technician was understanding. Good work, efficient, helpful. I enjoyed working with their technician.

They came to check my furnace which was not lighting (electonic ignition) so a part (ignitor) was ordered and came back after 3 days to install the part. Furnace still was not working right so they ordered again the ignition module then came back again after 3 days. Module but was not working right (thought it was defective). Checked pressure and think they are not getting the right gas pressure. They reinstalled my old module and it started to work right. We do not know what happened but it just started to work right without knowing what went wrong before. They did not charge me for returning with the module so that was good enough.

Arthur was very nice and friendly and gave us some helpful information, but the cost of cleaning our furnace was outrageous! $350 and it only took an hour!! customer service was great, but i think we were charged too much.

Service was completed in a timely manner however the contractor that was sent out was rude and almost put off that he had to be there.
