All Round Repair & More LLC (drain cleaning & clogs)

All Round Repair & More came around to do hydro jetting on our house. They fixed a recurring clogging problem, seemingly for good. Previous jobs from other companies were temporary solutions.

Do Not Recommend ? Unprofessional and Incomplete Work I cannot recommend All Round Repair & More LLC based on my experience with the owner, Nickolas, and his technicians. They were hired to provide and install a new garbage disposal unit. The technicians left my home while the newly installed unit was completely non-functional and short-circuiting the electrical system. Instead of properly diagnosing the equipment they supplied, they demanded immediate payment of their invoice and blamed the failure entirely on my house's electrical system. To resolve the issue, I had to independently hire a licensed electrician. The electrician quickly diagnosed the problem and confirmed that the fault was entirely within the specific disposal unit provided by All Round Repair & More LLC. The electrician successfully fixed the unit's internal defect to get it running safely. I contacted Nickolas and requested that he reimburse the electrician's invoice, but he denied, didn't take accountability.

Nick the owner actually cares about his clients I would recommend him to anyone He's good on prices good attitude very respectful and will answer any questions that you have and if you don't understand the answer he will break it down for you and explain it to you he is a very good person and the best plumber I ever had and if I ever have another plumbing problem he would be the first one I would call because I know he would be here and get it fixed and it would be fixed right the first time thank you Nick me and my family appreciate you very much and your workers sincerely the Robinsons

Professionals and thorough with their work. I recommend you sign up for the warranty, it’s worth it. Nick’s crew had to make several visits to ensure pipes were totally unclogged. The camera and videos are helpful to understand what’s happening with the pipes and backups. It helps informs your decision since services are such a huge investment.

Home Advisor gave me top choices for my plumbing help! All Round Repair & More LLC responded once I posted my problems. Mr. Nick listened to my problems then gave me his professional advice! $65 go out fee was very reasonable and will go towards any bill? He showed up on time the following day and walked me through my problems with videos! We agreed to a set price! I am very satisfied and happy with his work! I hired All Round Repair & More LLC after finding them on Angie?s List to address a clogged kitchen drain. Nick, the owner, was polite, and his worker resolved the initial issue. However, I feel that I was charged more than what is typical for this type of service. The first invoice was $2,250 for a whole-home drain cleaning and a P-trap replacement under the kitchen sink, with limited warranty coverage. Only certain clogs (like hair or urine crystalization) were covered?not grease, wipes, or any pipe issues. I later found out that similar multi-drain cleaning jobs in my area usually fall between $200 and $600, which makes the price I paid wildly inflated. After the first visit, water began leaking from the sink. I was told that a new garbage disposal and basket strainer were needed?adding another $800 to the total. In the end, I paid $3,050 for what started as a basic clog. While the technician did fix the problem and was courteous, the pricing was not aligned with standard rates.

The guys came out, they were very polite and they walked us through the entire process. They showed us the camera view of our system and the backup within our entire home. Our entire system was flushed out, but the problem turned out to be a toy stuck in the toilet. Darn kids, but I would definitely use this company again!!

Both were very friendly and attentive. Got right to work after explaining to me what was going on within the pipes. Showed me pictures. After the work was done, they made sure the drains were draining good. Will definitely refer them to anyone in need of a plumber.
