Professionals and thorough with their work. I recommend you sign up for the warranty, it’s worth it. Nick’s crew had to make several visits to ensure pipes were totally unclogged. The camera and videos are helpful to understand what’s happening with the pipes and backups. It helps informs your decision since services are such a huge investment.

I hired All Round Repair & More LLC after finding them on Angie?s List to address a clogged kitchen drain. Nick, the owner, was polite, and his worker resolved the initial issue. However, I feel that I was charged more than what is typical for this type of service. The first invoice was $2,250 for a whole-home drain cleaning and a P-trap replacement under the kitchen sink, with limited warranty coverage. Only certain clogs (like hair or urine crystalization) were covered?not grease, wipes, or any pipe issues. I later found out that similar multi-drain cleaning jobs in my area usually fall between $200 and $600, which makes the price I paid wildly inflated. After the first visit, water began leaking from the sink. I was told that a new garbage disposal and basket strainer were needed?adding another $800 to the total. In the end, I paid $3,050 for what started as a basic clog. While the technician did fix the problem and was courteous, the pricing was not aligned with standard rates.

The guys came out, they were very polite and they walked us through the entire process. They showed us the camera view of our system and the backup within our entire home. Our entire system was flushed out, but the problem turned out to be a toy stuck in the toilet. Darn kids, but I would definitely use this company again!!
