Project: Build an Addition
If you’re looking for an all around quality experience from an extremely knowledgeable general construction company, than look no further than All’s General Construction. Noah and his crew lived up to their reputation of providing quality work and superior craftsmanship. Their integrity, dependability and high standard of performance are all reasons why I’ll repeatedly recommend and choose All’s General Construction for any major or minor home improvement needs.

Project: Build an Addition
We were wanting to knock down the "bird house" and build an nice room addition in its place. We interviewed 4 companies to do the work. We compared all the plans, prices and anticipated quality of work. Alls Construction won our confidence in every category. The room is now finished and the workmanship is 2nd to none. Every crew that worked on our room was highly skilled, efficient and hard working. The finished product is stunning. We are so pleased with Alls construction quality and attention to detail. We love our beautiful new room. We would hire Alls again and highly recommend them.

Project: Build an Addition
I hired Noah And his crew over the summer to do three room additions (closet addition , laundry room addition, and bedroom addition), bathroom remodel and had him redo my floors, from vinyal to reclaimed heart pine. From the beginning Noah was very helpful, he explained the whole process in detail and was happy to answer any question that I had for him no matter what day of the week.He also took care of the whole permitting process.Noah has great suggestions on wall color/ shiplap / and flooring choices.. as well as the tiling and decor tile in the bathroom. The crew displayed beautiful workmanship and worked the day the project began up until it was finished. After the work was finished Noah hired a cleaning crew which alleviated a lot of stress off of me. From start to finish Noah and his crew were able to make the construction process a breeze. We had a wonderful experience, I wish I had more work to give to this company! Will be referring all of my friends to Alls General construction company LLC

We built an all-season porch onto what had been the back patio of our house. In conjunction with this addition, we replaced the entire roof of the house. The workers, who were primarily Hispanic, worked long hours 6 days/week to get the job done, well beyond anything we expected. They did good work. We like the finished product, but thought that the construction process was flawed because of negligence and lack of oversight. We had water damage to interior walls and hard wood floors in rooms that abutted the addition because the framing crew either didn't have or didn't use a tarp to cover over the exposed eaves and walls of the house when they left the job on a Saturday. Sure enough, it rained on Sunday and poured on Monday. The contractor took a nonchalant attitude toward the water intrusion, saying it happened on jobs frequently, and they would restore the rooms to the way they had looked prior to the water intrusion. He made no effort to immediately address the water in the walls and flooring by bringing in dehumidifiers, and after nearly a week, the humidity in the house had gone up to 100%, and one of the occupants was having an allergic reaction. We hired another contractor to assist in the water intrusion mitigation. That contractor brought in large dehumidifiers and recommended immediate demolition of the soaked walls. Noah resisted because he had a step-by-step process for building the addition, and demolition of the walls fit into a later step. We eventually were able to persuade him to remove the walls after only a portion of the roof was on. Noah wanted us to relocate during the construction process, presumably because of dust and mold allergies. We are glad that we didn't leave because we were able to answer questions the crew had, show them the location of the fuse box, open the garage doors for access to the fuse box and attic, move cars to allow access to the attic, provide tools when the workers didn't have the appropriate tool, locate the paint for the damaged rooms, and ensure that the correct colors were used. We did leave the premises for 2 long weekends. On one weekend nothing was done. When we returned from the last weekend, we found that the circuit breaker to our garage freezer had been tripped, and all of the food in the freezer was thawed and smelly. Noah blamed that on our cleaning lady's vacuum, which she has used without problem for years. Overall, we are pleased with the finished product but wish that there had been greater oversight and coordination of efforts. For example, a newly completed wall had to be opened because the HVAC wiring had been put in wrong.
Response by All's General Construction, LLC: I'm sorry you feel that way whenever we 1st signed the paperwork your husband and yourself said that you would be leaving throughout the project ...that was my thought when we started. That Saturday we worked until dark, and the inspectors do not allow you to put shingles on the roof before they inspect the boarding we had set. You're only allowed to put tar paper on top of the roof before the nailing inspection. The heavy rain we had that Sunday was when you contacted me that night at 10:30pm . I picked up the phone and talked you all through it and said that i would be there 1st thing that next morning, (I was under the impression there were a few drops. When myself and my guys arrived, we put 3 tarps on your roof in the pouring rain to avoid the water intrusion. This does not happen often at all and I'm sorry that confusion was there. I stated that we would remove the sheetrock and the flooring in the damaged areas and replace it when we get to that portion of the project. The reason immediate action was not taken is because You all said You would be leaving for the duration of the project. The A/C unit was moved from the floor to over the window for better air flow as discussed by myself and your husband, (this was not a mistake, just a cosmetic choice). I never asked for or argued the cost of any of the water damage materials and or water mitigation of another contractor and answered your calls and emails and texts on Friday nights, Saturday nights, Sundays and anytime I saw an immediate notification of contact from You all. Another company was hired to bring in dehumidifiers for 3 days at $200 a day without my knowledge until the company called me for payment, at that time I requested You all to have them removed and even with the roof un-shingled, (due to waiting for inspection), I would proceed to repair it, even with the chance of more water Intruding on the newly repaired area. I have all ethnicities of people that work for me and they are all great workers, my newest employee has worked for me for 4 years now and my oldest will be at 10 years on January 11th. The garage is on the opposite side of the house from my addition and in a separate power panel from the one we had power from and worked in. The refrigerator flipped a breaker the weekend your cleaner was there, (I suggested my cleaner but credited you money because you suggested your cleaner), and was running multiple vaccums in each room which can overload a breaker and flip it off. The cleaner was also in and out of your garage in the service yard . Again I am sorry You feel this way but I felt the issues that arose were taken care of and the project was complete before schedule at the end. Feel free to contact me with any other concerns and I will see to them that day or the next as I always do with every project..

Project: Add a Sunroom or Patio Enclosure
Noah All has a group of craftsmen who each do their specialty well. Noah helped us plan a space which exceeded our initial size request. He stayed on budget throughout the project, yet was flexible in additions we requested. We are very pleased with the results
