Unfortunately I had nothing but bad experiences with this company and regret ever reaching out. I originally contacted them for hot water issues after moving into a new home and was quoted for parts and labor to resolve it. They came out initially but said they needed to return another day to complete the work, with a scheduled date and time. I took off work to be home, and no one ever showed up. I called and texted multiple times that day and was completely ignored. A few days later, they called unexpectedly saying additional work was needed on my gas system (replacing the entire unit) and claimed they would only complete the original work after returning for the larger job. I said I did not want to proceed beyond what I had already paid for and requested a refund if they would not complete the original service. During that call, I was told, ?Yeah tell her the boss will get right back to her? but don?t hold your breath,? and then they hung up. I have not been able to reach them.

This company came in got it the bathroom upstairs and the ceiling from one whole room underneath the bathroom and contacted the insurance company when we got the check they called us and told us what they wanted half deposit $7,000 we gave him the check it was cashed on March 31st 2026 have not answered our calls back had to call the insurance agent who called them they told the insurance agent that they would be back this Wednesday I'm sure they will not show up after looking at all these other reviews. The pictures are of the gutted ceiling however the tenant was not home for us to take pictures of the bathroom that they gutted.

Started the job in August (installing new central air conditioner), it is now February. Job was paid in full and I can't get them to come back to fix the wire they left hanging from the ceiling. I noticed that when you leave a positive comment they immediately thank you. They just ignore the negative comments. BEWARE - no owners name, no actual address, not listed with the BBB, no license number and NO return calls

Got my money and the insurance money and this is the way they left the house. The job started in October and now it?s January. They don?t return calls and if someone does answer they lie about their name. Right James ? Stay away from their other companies like Tri-County Restoration. Horrible service Horrible workmanship Horrible attitude - some guy named Ralph is the owner. Good luck finding his contact information.

BEWARE! (TRI-COUNTY RESTORATIONS = ALL-SEASONS PLUMBING) Unfortunately, had a negative experience similar to Jim A (Dec 2024 review) in which they ghosted us after getting paid over $35K from our homeowners insurance. The same owner/business has a plumbing arm, All-Seasons Plumbing, & mitigation arm, Tri-County Restoration. Business card that they give you has Jason Spadori listed with a PO Box (see photo). There's no real office. DO NOT SIGN THE FORM that gives them the right to speak on your behalf to your homeowners insurance agent. They said they know all the insurance adjusters and know exactly what will get paid vs. not. They ripped out walls, ceilings, floors. Even before starting the water & asbestos mitigation, they wanted the insurance check. As soon as they finished, they pressured us for the check. They never came back to do the post-test or give us a clearance certificate. When they did not get enough money for the rebuild, they ghosted us with walls and floors gutted.

Terrible performance and have wrong estimate

Sewer line replacement was a success. In February 2025, after a rain, a hole appeared in the area that was dug up, I called the plumber and they say "we will take care of it". I did not hear from them. Followed up on March 7 and texted updated pictures (hole was bigger) and left message. I texted and emailed a third group of pictures and left another message. As of 3/18/25, my calls have not been returned and no response has been made to my texts or email

Changed my anode rods and flushed my unit as requested.

They replaced 35’ of my sewer main that collapsed. Reasonably priced compared to other estimates i had.

Jim sent one of his technicians to clear a clog in my toilet Sunday evening.

All seasons Plumbing Services abandoned the job. They refused to answer my voice messages after received 2 checks from insurance for $10,000 for Asbestos Abadement and a check for $17,500 for water mitigation. They removed the oil burner. They notified me that the reinstall of oil burner and repair of supposed cracked water pipe in cement slab, The weather became at freezing level. They refused to reinstall oil burner even after I pleaded on numerous voice mails.

PUFFBACK and reset Oil burner and Hot Water heater The Service we received from All Season Plumbing is completely Unsatisfactory, we are extremely disappointed with the unresponsiveness and lack of communication from ALL SEASON PLUMBING. All Season Plumbing issued us an invoice for PUFFBACK from our oil burner. The invoice has 11 detailed services/ products they were to complete. The invoice included medium brown boxes, labor for packing boxes, Labor to clean contents affected by soot, 4 x 8 Dump trailer and fees for items destroyed by PUFFBACK, Content Manipulation, Clean Concrete Surfaces floor and walls, Clean Joist Heavy per SF for cleaning ceiling after soot damage, Large Negative Air Scrubber used to decontaminate the area of hazardous particular and smell due to soot damage 3 fans @72 hours, Hepa filter for air scrubber, boiler detach and reset to PUFFBACK compromising the unit per the plumber, Detach and Reset Water Heater due to unit being compromised by water. They came in and packed the boxes, they did NOT wipe off items they put in boxes. On Nov 6, 2024, we were told that the company needed payment in full $22,948.80 in order to have a full team come on Nov 7, 2024, to complete the entire job per their detailed invoice. We gave them a check for $22,948.80 paid in full. They never came back; they abandoned the job. The invoice indicates 11 detailed items, the only work that ALL SEASON PLUMBING did was box the items. We are out the $22,948.80 and the basement a mess with soot and hazardous particles. I called ALL SEASON PLUMBING left numerous messages begging, pleading with them to call us back. They DID NOT return any calls.
