Communication is great, relatively quick responses on issues. Scheduling was easy. They were dependable and friendly and did a good job. That said, I did have some issues. Wish they had a regular checklist of things they always do in every home and a final inspection walkthrough but it didn't appear that way. I had to write down every thing myself on a checklist and even then there were several times they missed things on the checklist (ie. doors left unlocked, bags weren't replaced in wastebaskets, grill wasn't cleaned, furniture wasn't vacuumed under, fingerprints weren't wiped from windows & doors, sheets misplaced). With some attention to detail Allstarr Cleaning could definitely be 5 stars!

Not my idea of a thorough cleaning for the money on the deep clean For the bi-weekly cleanings - they missed a LOT! My house is small, no pets, no carpeting - an easy job. Even after I had spoken with the owners, very little improvement. Did a good job cleaning my refrigerator, were on time - usually - and were friendly.
