Superb Pest Control

They showed up on time for our appointment. He explained everything to me and was very efficient with the process . Malik is a very nice person and knows his job. I did receive the 90 day guarantee as promised. 2 weeks later the problem is subsiding but they are coming back to inspect the problem which is still present. They are very nice to deal with and put me on the schedule immediately for the reinspection.

This yellow jacket nest was in a very hard to get at spot. It took a couple tries, but the nest was destroyed at no additional charge, which I felt was fairly reasonable to begin with. I waited a while to be sure the nest was gone for good. The exterminator who did the job was professional in his work and explained clearly what he was doing.

Malik was knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. I was pleased with the fast service.

Callback was timely and they took the time to understand the issue. Removed and carted away the microwave as a couple of birds had gotten caught by the exhaust fan. Looked at the other vents in the house and noticed that the birds also had a nest in the dryer vent, so they screened them also.

I had squirrel in my attic. Appointment was immediately made for next morning. Technician arrived early next morning, detected entry place and went to work to put one way gate. Squirrel was gone in the evening.

I had a bird in my gutter. Callback was immediate and they were at my house within the hour. Very efficient and explained everything. By the time he got here the bird had gone into a small hole into the roof. He made a one way tunnel so it will come out and not get back in. I assume he's right! He will come back in a week to seal it up. It was not in my plan for the day, so very glad he was so responsive.

Very efficient and effective! Leave pest control to the professionals! Birds are not for humans to deal with. They were in did what they needed to do and it was done.

Came the day I called to remove a raccoon in the chimney. They had the lowest price from all the other companies I called and were able to come the fastest. They were very courteous and made sure I was informed on everything they were doing. If you need a pest removed I highly recommend Allstate.

I was very pleased with the service and the quickness of the service. He did cleanout all of the squirrels nests in the shed and closed up the hole in the soffit. He also got a nice young man to come and take some metal from the shed and my cellar.

Great experience

When we met, his assistant (not even the owner) he - the assistant stated that we pay a deposit in cash that day to assure he would come back the following Monday (which he did). His assistant looked around the house and advised us of what Robert would do for us. We were advised that Robert would look around the whole house and see if there were any other areas that the Squirles were getting in, and that once the squirels were out, he would come back and close the hole with an aluminium cover. I called Robert back and he nearly laughed at me, stating "im done, you need to call a carpenter:" This is not what i was told would be done, in fact the screening he put on is still there, as he has no intention of coming back. I could have gotton the same service with a much cheeper pest remediation service. I would not use this contractor ever again, and do not reccomend him for ANY services.

Rob responded immediately and came same day to inspect house for the bats. Made a thorough review and explained treatment options cogently. Came the following day to seal the house and evacuate the bats. They worked quickly, efficiently and neatly. All in all a very professional job. Returning in 2 weeks to close escape tunnel. Hopefully problem solved. Highly recommend.

Do not agree with the first estimate, they tried to charge me more, offering service I did not need. He did give me a discount for being a Senior Citizen.
