Todd Aldrich from Allstate Apprairsers contacted me within minutes, and we set an appt. He arrived on time and spent 2 hours touring our property and residence. He took a lot of photos and already knew our tax apr. He was very thorough, measuring every room. He found 4 comparable homes in our area. It took one week to receive his report, as agreed. We are very pleased with his findings, and it has helped us set a price on our home, which we intend to sell.
