We had several places of vinyl siding that needed to be replaced as well as the vinyl trim around our garage doors. Allstate Exteriors came out and looked at the problem areas & provided us sound advice. They repaired the areas around the garage doors & replaced the siding, perfectly matched. The workers watched out for my flower beds and cleaned up as they worked. We were very pleased. Good as new!

HIred them after a big fancy sales pitch, needed a door and some siding fixed. It took them 3+ months longer to do the work than expected. Once they started the work it was great though.

Cooper Mulliss came out to look at the job. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and not all pushy. He really gave me a ballpark estimate. I needed him to send me a written estimate. I told him twice. Once he was leaving I never received an estimate. They were persistent about wanting to start the job and I keep telling that I needed the written contract. I had multiple calls email and text with Copper and people in their office but I never received a written estimate. One guy said in the voicemail that he knew Copper gave me a verbal estimate so when could they get to go ahead? Plainly ignoring my request for a standard written contract. Would you commit a contractor for thousands of dollars worth without contract?. Obviously these people have no customer service skills nor do I think they really even give a damn. Highly unprofessional and just plain rude.

They were efficient and worked during the winter to complete our siding and gutter project. They have also been responsive to fixing issues as they arise.

Austin was very professional and friendly. Did a great job quickly and reasonably. Highly recommend.

We were initially Very happy with the work All-State Exteriors did on our roof this summer after some wind and rain damage caused leaking in our home. We experienced additional leakage after they had completed the roof and answered in a timely manner to repair the vents in our bathroom causing the leak. While initially doing the work on our roof, two of the guys asked to come in to look in our attic because they accidentally pulled out the roof jack, but we don't have an attic because it is a modular home and there is no access panel to the piping they accidentally pulled apart. They told us they were pretty sure they fixed it and we shouldn't have any issues. This should have been a red flag to us. As we enter the winter months, we turned on our furnace and it isn't working right.we call an HVAC company to come take a look and they verify there is nothing wrong with the furnace and ask if we had any roof work done recently. When we tell him we had, he looks at the roof jack and tells us that there are definitely issues with it and we should call the roofing company back to fix it as they should be insured against any damages they cause while working. We called a representative who we had worked with when we had the first issue after installation and he came out. He was here for approximately 20 minutes and told us it had to be with the piping and we would have to cut access to fix it and once the piping was fixed he would come out and replace the roof jack. My husband later that day cut an access point and nothing was wrong with the piping, this was confirmed by HVAC personel. My husband calls the same representative to let him know the piping is fine and the representative says he would be out Wednesday to fix the roof jack. It is Wednesday and by 1PM no one has came so, my husband calls the representative to confirm he was still coming out. This representative then says "Oh my manager forgot to call you let me have him reach out." When the manager calls my husband explained the situation and the manager asks "Why do you think that's our problem?". After more of a conversation as to why, the manager told my husband he would talk it over with the initial representative and call back. We are going on 4 days of using space heaters and no solution while the manager "talks it out with the workers because they are saying that didn't happen". Well, the manager called back and his solution was "If you buy a roof jack we will install it because my guy said that did not happen". My husband and I were both home when the installation was done and both know that there were 2 men looking to get in the attic because of accidentally pulling out the roof jack. I understand that you are roofers, but if you mess something up, fix it. Don't put that burden on your customer who trusted your company to do the work and not mess with anything else. I am highly disappointed in how this situation is being handled after a great first impression

Overall, the work quality and follow-up was very good. The crew that came out to install did not do a great job cleaning up, likely because they were working after dark.

Our house is over 120 years old. We hired Allstate Exteriors to replace our roof and reinforce the structure of the roof where there were some weaknesses. Over most of the house, Allstate replaced the shingles with a metal roof. A portion of the roof is flat and Allstate replaced the deteriorating rubber with an improved covering. The roof on the front porch was sagging, so Allstate deconstructed the roof and then rebuilt the roof with proper LVL beams to prevent sagging in the future. The roof over the main part of the house had sagged a bit over the 120+ years. We hired an engineer who recommended the addition of several collar ties and other supports. Allstate understood the engineers instructions and installed the supports. All of the work described above took less than one week. They hauled away all of the debris, and checked the work to ensure that it was done correctly and to contract. All of the people we interacted with were knowledgeable, professional, and polite.

Allstate Exteriors is a business that genuinely cares about their customers and ensures their clients are properly educated on every step of the process. They are willing to work with insurance and take the stress and headache out of getting your roof replaced. They are thorough, consistent, and a quality business.

They come tomorrow to finish siding but have been amazing!
