"David thanks for your input. Allow me to me address some of the issues you have raised. 1. Always read your contract. Common Sense! 2. Packing was not included in your move. 3. We moved you 1200 miles door to door in 3 days! 4. You told us not to assemble two shelves in the garage because they go into a shed you haven't purchased for your new home. 5. Be honest it is easier. Everything you said is true, however it doen't reflect your role in the move.You thouht you get packing for free. When you could not you tried to back out of your contract the day of your move. Very dishonest, when that didn't work you filed this false complant in attempt to get something for free. Forget it. Ken, Sarah, Hillary, Brad and J.P. all refused to talk to you only after your use of vulgar language. These are employees at a company you hired to move your furniture. That does not give you the right to speak to these people in that manner. Your move was completed without a hitch. F.Y.I. This move was completed in November. Move on please and may happiness find you some day."
"Rob your jewelry box is in your storage unit where you instructed the foreman to put it. When you were informed of that fact, you responded ,"Oh, well I am not going to get it for months." This attempt to collect money after a successful move is misguided at best. We wish you the best."
